| With the development of China’s economy,trade exchanges between China and South Korea are becoming more and more frequent.More and more Koreans realize the importance of learning Chinese to the future development,and set off an upsurge in learning Chinese in South Korea.The number of people learning Chinese is increasing and developing towards younger age.Children are lively,curious,unfocused,lack of clear motivation in second language learning,and have different characteristics from adults.Therefore,adult Chinese teaching method can not be rigidly applied in children’s Chinese teaching.It is very important to adopt targeted teaching methods according to children’s learning characteristics.In the aspect of children’s second language teaching,the game teaching method is widely used,and the teaching effect of the game has been recognized by most scholars.The scholars generally agree that the game can arouse the students’ learning interest and stimulate the students’ learning motivation,reducing the students’ fear of difficulties and creating a relaxed and pleasant learning atmosphere,and can really realize "Learning by doing In recent years,the game teaching method has attracted the attention of the teachers of Chinese as a foreign languase,and most of them use game to assistant Children Chinese teaching.The author also insists on the use of game teaching method while teaching children Chinese in South Korea,and has achieved good teaching results.The author hopes to explore the application of game teaching method in Korean elementary school Chinese classes,summarize the experience of game design and application,in order to provide some reference for novice teachers who go to Korea to engage in primary school C hinese teaching,help novice teachers to adapt to primary school Chinese teaching as soon as possible,and use games to achieve the desired teaching objectives.Based on Piaget’s theory of children’s cognitive development and the theory of children’s second language acquisition,this paper discusses the rationality of the use of games in Korean primary Chinese classes.and then according to the goal of Korean foreign language teaching,the present situation of Chinese teaching in Hannan Elementary School taught by the author and the learning characteristics of the students in grade five and six,analyze the feasibility of applying the game teaching method in the Chinese classroom in Korean primary school and the reasons why the author uses game.Then,according to the teaching contents and objectives of phonetics teaching,vocabulary teaching and sentence teaching,the author analyses the game forms which are applicable to them respectively,and then analyses the steps of game design and application in class,and combines with his own actual game teaching cases to analyze the reasons for the failure of the game,summarizes the successful experience of the game.At last,the author concludes sixteen games suitable for phonetics,vocabulary and sentence teaching and put forward some suggestions for designing games. |
