As the basic material carrier and information medium of Chinese curriculum,Chinese textbook embodies the national curriculum concept and education concept,and is an important dimension of Chinese teaching design and Chinese curriculum research.Scientific and systematic analysis of Chinese textbooks is an important prerequisite to ensure the teaching process and the achievement of educational goals.Therefore,a thorough and meticulous study of the selection and compilation of modern fiction in junior middle school Chinese textbooks,and an understanding of its development track in Chinese textbooks,can not only grasp its selection and compilation ideas from a macro perspective,but also can better improve the quality of the selection and compilation of modern fiction in junior middle school Chinese textbooks and grasp the lifeblood of its selection.Secondly,through multi-level and multi-angle analysis of textbooks,thorough understanding of textbooks,not only to grasp the intention of textbook writing,but also to find the shortcomings of textbooks.This paper intends to sort out the selection of modern and contemporary novels in the textbooks of the People's Education Press longitudinally,combining with the selection criteria.This paper tries to make a more comprehensive and profound analysis from the perspectives of editorial evolution,editorial situation,editorial thinking and editorial value,and combines with the current situation,with a view to putting forward feasible suggestions for the revision and improvement of Chinese textbooks in the future.The introduction part discusses the origin of the topic,current research situation,research significance and research methods,determines the object of this study,and summarizes the previous research results.The main body is discussed from four aspects:The first part mainly analyzes the selection value of modern and contemporary novels in junior middle school Chinese textbooks through analysis.On the one hand,it helps to cultivate students' noble moral sentiments and enhance their aesthetic taste.On the other hand,it is conducive to the transfer of language knowledge and the improvement of language proficiency.The second part is mainly about the selection of a relatively macro perspective,starting from the education itself,to sort out and analyze the key time nodes of the textbooks and do basic research.The third part is mainly based on the selection of modern novels in textbooks.Through sorting out the modern and contemporary novels in all editions of junior middle school Chinese textbooks from the first edition to the present,this paper analyses their changing trend.The reasons for the change are analyzed in combination with the selection criteria and the basis.The forth part is mainly based on the current social,political and economic background,combined with the physical and mental development of students,put forward targeted suggestions for the selection of modern and contemporary novels.Enriching the scope of selected articles,increasing the number of novels that can reflect traditional culture and national culture,reflect the current consciousness and characteristics of the times,and integrate into the multi-cultural nature.Optimizing the arrangement principle,following the principle of acceptability,focusing on coherence and infiltration of lifelong education ideas.
