The "Internet + Teacher Education" innovative action requires comprehensive improvement of the comprehensive quality and ability level of normal students,so that normal students can share high-quality educational resources and have a lifelong learning and professional development awareness.The document pointed out that it is necessary to expand the training scale of kindergarten teachers above the junior college level and improve the quality of teachers.Preschool education as a reserve force for future kindergarten teachers,the ability to apply digital education resources affects their ability to professionally learn and teach in the future.Therefore,it is of practical significance to investigate and study the current situation of digital education resources used by preschool teachers and explore the factors affecting their use.In order to conduct a more comprehensive study,this paper firstly sorts out the literature related to preschool education teachers and digital education resources at home and abroad,and understands the research status of the use of digital education resources by normal students.Through literature review,it is found that domestic research on this aspect is mainly carried out in two directions.One is the survey on the application status of digital education resources,which can be divided into the use of construction models to investigate the use of digital educational resources and the investigation of digital educational resources in practice.The second is to cultivate the information literacy of normal students through digital education resources,which can be divided into the curriculum design and learning methods to improve the information technology application ability of normal students and the information literacy status of normal students.Through the combing and summarization of the literature,it provides a solid theoretical basis for the research of this paper.This paper uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the current situation of the use of digital education resources by pre-school teachers,and uses the integration theory of satisfaction theory,expectation confirmation model and technology acceptance and use as a guide to explore the use of digital education for pre-school teachers.The factors influencing the resources,and based on this,the questionnaire was compiled.Questionnaire surveys were conducted on preschool education teachers in eight different levels of universities in Zhengzhou,Kaifeng,Xinxiang,Sanmenxia and Xuchang in Henan Province,and some interviewees were selected for face-to-face interviews and telephone interviews.A total of 364 questionnaires were distributed by means of electronic questionnaires.By testing the goodness of the chi-square fit of the proportion of students in different stages,331 questionnaires were finally obtained,and the effective recovery rate was 94%.Data analysis analyzes the personal situation,the use of digital education resources and the influencing factors.The results show that preschool education teachers are not optimistic about the use of digital education resources.The data shows the use of digital education resources by preschool educators.Not much,but the demand is high;it is believed that digital education resources can help their learning and education apprentices,but show low satisfaction;from the influencing factors,performance expectations,convenience conditions and expectations are all three figures The use of educational resources has a significant impact.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,the research found that preschool education teachers are not clear about the use of digital education resources,the ability to share and acquire digital education resources is weak,and the existing digital education resource pool has low utilization rate.The directionality of educational resources needs to be improved,and the satisfaction of existing digital education resources is not high.In response to the problems reflected in the survey,this paper proposes the following improvement strategies: continue to increase the promotion of digital education resources,add relevant courses to improve the application of information technology,optimize the types and quality of preschool digital education resources,and build a diverse The digital education resource service platform develops resources that meet the needs of kindergarten education and teaching.
