Public participation is a kind of social activity with strong practicality.Active public participation can not only promote the all-round development of human beings,but also be the responsibility of a modern citizen.With the development of economy and society,citizens have become an indispensable part of public affairs,and the effective public participation of citizens is indispensable to the construction of a harmonious society.Effective public participation requires not only a sound knowledge of public participation,but also a high ability of public participation,as well as a strong sense of public participation,that is,the recognition of the inherent sense of responsibility of public participation and the formation of public spirit.For a long time,the ideological and political course,as a socialist civic education course,has played an important role in cultivating public participation and modern citizens.Ideological and political course is a socialist civic quality education course with the core of Marxist basic point of view education.It is an important carrier of civic education in our country.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,it is entrusted with greater responsibility,that is,to train modern citizens.With the proposal of core literacy in 2014,public participation literacy has become one of the core literacy of Ideological and political disciplines,and cultivating students'public participation literacy has become an important task of Ideological and political courses.High school students will soon become adults,which means that the rights and obligations of teenagers in this period have been recognized at the legal level.Through the author's questionnaire survey and multi-party interviews,it is found that the current public participation of high school students still has the problems of insufficient knowledge,ability to participate and biased awareness of participation.After analysis,there are many reasons for these problems,such as the lack of public participation accomplishment of some ideological and political teachers and the neglect of the cultivation of students'public participation accomplishment;the restriction of the traditional examination system for thousands of years,the utilitarianism of examination-oriented education has weakened the cultivation of civic accomplishment;the current situation of Ideological and political classroom teaching affects the improvement of students'public participation accomplishment;relatively closed Campus Management affects the cultivation of students'public participation literacy.In view of these problems in cultivating students'public participation literacy in high school ideological and political courses and the analysis of the influencing factors on the insufficient cultivation of students' public participation literacy,the author puts forward the path analysis of cultivating students'public participation literacy in high school political courses:improving teachers' own literacy,playing an exemplary role;exploring the resources of public participation cultivation in current ideological and political textbooks;Supplementary teaching content;cultivating students' public participation quality in classroom teaching;strengthening high school students' public participation quality in social practice.
