The new round of basic education curriculum reform has undergone many changes in the curriculum concept,curriculum content,curriculum system and curriculum evaluation,and put forward new requirements for the role of teachers.As a grassroots practitioner and performer of curriculum reform,the issue of teacher role change is of great importance.The role of ideological and political teachers is related to the success of the current new round of basic education curriculum reform.It helps ideological and political teachers to recognize their roles,clarify their role orientation,and promote the comprehensive development of students' moral,intellectual,and artistic skills.Ideological and political teachers cultivate the core literacy of students'disciplines and implement the fundamental tasks of Lide Shuren.Based on the research background and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,the thesis is divided into four parts.The first part analyzes the necessity of the transformation of the role of ideological and political teachers in high school under the core literacy.Explain the core literacy of the ideological and political disciplines,starting with the concept of"core literacy"and clarifying its connotation based on Chinese and foreign research results.Briefly interpret the concept of teacher role,and explore the necessity of the transformation of the role of ideological and political teachers in high school based on the reality of education reform and the status quo of education in China.The second part is to clarify the role of core literacy in the role of high school ideological and political teachers.Under the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,high school ideological and political teachers should:1.Have faith and sentiment,be a Marxist communicator;2.Have thinking and creation,be a student growth leader;3.Have self-discipline and morality,be noble Character proficiency;4,have the role of self-confidence,to be a practitioner of Lide.The third part is the current status of the high school ideological and political teacher role review and reflection.It analyzes the three dimensions of the achievements,the problems existing,and the causes of the problems.Current high school ideological and political teachers have achieved some achievements in role cognition,role orientation,role practice and role experience,but there are also some problems.First,the content of the teaching is tested,and the role of the communicator is not fully exerted.Second,the teaching model is "classic" and the function of the leader is not obvious.Third,the utilitarian purpose of education,the personality rate is out of responsibility;fourth,4 Teaching time is narrow and the practitioners are trapped in the classroom.The fourth part,combined with the role requirements and the current status of the role,explores the path of promoting the transformation of the role of high school ideological and political teachers from the three dimensions of ideological and political teachers,schools and society.Ideological and political teachers should improve their ability to change their roles.Schools must build a scientific teacher management system,and the society must establish a correct view of teachers.
