The ideological and political course of high school is a moral education course. It is based on the moral goal of Lide tree, and its teaching content coincides with the answer of "what kind of person?" At the same time, it reflects the essential essence and basic requirement of core quality. Therefore, the role of ideological and political courses is particularly important for in the cultivation of high school students' core literacy. First of all, there is no doubt that the ideological and political courses must play a certain role in the cultivation of the core literacy of high school students. However, it is necessary for people to research how the role of the ideological and political courses can play a better role in the cultivation of the high school students' core literacy. In addition to the introduction, this paper includes the following three parts:The first part is about logical link cultivated by the "ideological and political lessons and high school students 'core literacy'. Starting with the concept, the concept and meaning of "literacy","core literacy" and "ideological and political core of the core literacy" will be defined and analyzed. And then paper will illustrate the important value of the core literacy training to the reform and development of China's basic education,and clarifies the importance of the research on the cultivation of the core culture. Finally,through the analysis of consistency of the ideological and political course content and the core accomplishment, the basic role played by the core literacy culture of high school students will be discussed.The second part analyzes the main factors that restrict the role of ideological and political courses in the cultivation of core literacy. The existing ideological and political courses do have influence on cultivating the role of high school students in the core of the role of play. At the same time, there are some factors that restrict the role of play, in order to make the moral nature of the ideological and political courses have big impact on the cultivation of high school students in the core process of play,this paper illustrates the limit of the role of the factors.In the third part, in order to make the ideological and political courses continue to play a more active and effective role in cultivating the core accomplishment of high school students, combing the idea of reforming the teaching idea from the analysis of the restrictive factors in the third part, this paper puts forward the idea that it is needed to strengthen the ideological and political courses to promote the ideological and political courses in the cultivation of high school students in the core play from the aspects of curriculum reform, improving teachers' Evaluation system and etc.
