Ancient Chinese Confucian ethics book "Xiaojing" records: "change customs,not good at music",people thought that music can improve social customs and folklore.The ideology and aesthetic viewpoints of Shandong people are influenced by Confucian culture,and the treatment of music is mostly concerned with its social and practical function of enlightening and educating people.With the rapid development of society and economy,the soil and water that nourishes the growth of Shandong people-Shandong folk song is becoming more and more marginalized.It has no growing environment and becomes a "passive water,no wood".Therefore,the inheritance of Shandong folk songs is imminent.The middle school stage is the most important period for the formation of the outlook on life,values and world outlook.The teaching of Shandong folk songs in middle schools is an effective way to inherit Shandong folk songs.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward to the whole people "self-confidence in socialist road with Chinese characteristics,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence,cultural self-confidence".He also stressed that "cultural self-confidence is a more fundamental,broader and deeper self-confidence." Cultural self-confidence is the self-confidence of our traditional culture,vigorously promoting traditional culture in schools is the key to enhance the quality of national culture.The first chapter of this article explains in detail the significance of Shandong folk songs inheritance in the middle school classroom,and folk songs inheritance information one by one.In the second chapter,the historical origin and classification characteristics of Shandong folk songs are introduced.In the third chapter,through the experimental design of Shandong folk songs' inheritance in the middle school classroom,we can see that students' attitudes towards Shandong folk songs are obviously better before and after the teaching experiment.Combining with the actual work,taking the lessons of Yimeng Mountain Minor Tune and Who doesn't Say My Home is Good as an example,this paper puts forward the research strategy of promoting the inheritance of Shandong folk songs in the middle school classroom in the fourth section,focusing on "setting up the concept of attaching importance to mother tongue music teaching","defining the teaching goal of Shandong folk songs" and "establishing the teaching origin ofShandong folk songs".Six dimensions,namely,selecting excellent content of Shandong folk songs,innovating the teaching methods of Shandong folk songs,and perfecting the teaching evaluation mechanism of Shandong folk songs,are studied in depth.Efforts should be made to strengthen the inheritance of Shandong folk songs,effectively improve students' musical and cultural qualities,establish cultural self-confidence,and improve the function of aesthetic education in schools,so that students can truly grow into useful talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty.
