Xi Jinping presided over the school symposium for teachers and thoughts and delivered an important speech,which provided a guide to the reform of the ideological and political course construction in the new era.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the teaching philosophy,teaching methods,evaluation system and student learning methods of middle school ideological and political courses have been adjusted accordingly.Correspondently,the high school ideological and political teaching advocates the integration of specific situations to guide students to actively explore knowledge,so that students can realize the emotional interaction between teachers and students in the context of the situation.Thus deepen the understanding of knowledge and improving the overall quality.Therefore,the application of ituational teaching method has received the attention of all school political teachers.However,It is still a major dilemma for political teachers of how toimprove the effectiveness of the creating and applying situations in the classroom of high school ideological and political classes.In order to apply situational teaching method to political classroom effectively and improve the teaching effect,the author studies and analyzes the application of high school ideological and political course situational teaching method by consulting relevant literature and practical investigation,hoping to improve the application of situational teaching method and provide valuable reference and support for political teachers.This paper focuses on the application of the situational teaching method in high school ideological and political courses,taking the example of the specific case "The world is universally connected" as an example.The main body of the article consists of five parts: First,it discusses the background,previous studies of situational teaching method,as well as the ideas,research methods and significance of the research.This paper believes that the application of situational teaching method in high school ideological and political courseis in line with the new requirements of the new era development and curriculum reform,and meets the actual needs of China's examination system reform.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant theories of situational teaching method.On the basis of the core concepts,it summarizes the theoretical basis and application principles of high school ideological and political teaching situational teaching methods,and provides theoretical support for thisresearch.Thirdly,the lesson of "The World is Universally Connected" is taken as the starting point of the study.It analyzes the value and feasibility of the application of the situational teaching method in high school ideological and political courses.By analyzing teaching processes,including the preparation,introduction,teaching and summarization the the author concludes a practical and feasible operation methods of the situational teaching method in the high school ideological and political class.Fourthly,the students' questionnaires and teacher interviews are combined to analyze and reflect on the situation after the teachers implement the situational teaching method in the "World is universally connected" lesson.It is concluded that in the actual teaching,there are always heavy form,light content.The teaching target are always too big to achieved.The materials are improperly selected.The organization is not properly arranged,and so on.The reasons behind them are revealed.Fifth,in order to overcome the shortcomings of the situational teaching method in practical application,the author proposes corresponding improvement suggestions,such as focusing on teaching objectives,creating diversified teaching situations,selecting appropriate materials and strengthening the professional quality of teachers.
