With the development of the society,the scale of the child of migrant workers has been expanding,and the education of the children who are moving has become increasingly serious.In 2000,the Ministry of Education introduced a series of policies centered on the education of the children who moved in,with the “inflow to the regional government management,and the full-time public primary and secondary schools”(hereinafter referred to as the “Two-oriented” policy).The implementation of these policies has greatly guaranteed the fairness of education,and the number of students enrolled in the compulsory education stage has not increased.However,in order to solve the problem of children's education and education,it is necessary to pay attention not only to the proportion of children enrolled in school,but also to pay attention to the realistic learning and living conditions of the children in the city.This study adopts the qualitative research method and uses the viewpoint of Goffman's theatrical performance to take the "small M" of the children of the W primary school in the N district of Zhejiang Province as the case study object.From the perspective of impression management,it is publicly held in the city.The daily learning and interaction activities in the school are described and explained.In this semester observation,the author has the following findings:Firstly,I had determined the research field.In contrast to Goffman's explanation of the stage and the actual situation in the research process,the author regards the city public school as the “foreground” of the performance and observes and analyzes it as a “stage” through one semester.The city's public school-W elementary school has the following four characteristics:(1)the autonomous space is reduced sharply,falling into the unfamiliar order environment;(2)unequal information dissemination mechanism;(3)recognition to enhance influence;(4)recessive pursue fast-paced learning.Secondly,on the stage of urban public schools,the objective performance of the small M impression management of the following children includes the nature of impression management,impression management strategy,impression management and the special relationship of different interactive subjects.Through the analysis of the small M impression management process,it is concluded that self-esteem and native are the basic objectives of the impression management of the children in the same period;step by step is the basic attitude of the impression management of the children;the detailed orientation is the basic feature of the impression management of the children.Xiao M's main impression management strategies include: imitating peers,proactively exposing fit points,evading evasion,silence,working hard,and restraining themselves.The special relationship between the small children M and some "audiences" : "The head teacher" is the "leader" of the self-presentation behavior of the children who move with the children and has a direct impact on their performance.The "same table" is the "consultant" and "supervision" of the self-presentation behavior of the children who are moving to help them understand the rules and regulations in the W primary school and the class and correct the irregular behavior."Classmates" are the "props" of the children who move with their children.They cooperate with Xiao M to complete the self-presentation in daily life."Parents" are the "mentors" of the self-presentation behavior of the children who move with their children,leading and dialing a small M in the city.Interpersonal activities in public schools.On the basis of the objective performance and analysis of the self-presentation of the children's small M,the factors affecting the impression management of the children in the move are further proposed.The internal factors affecting the management of the children's impressions are mainly life experience and interpersonal perception;external factors include the relationship between parents and parents.Finally,aiming at the reality,characteristics and influencing factors of the immigrant children's impression management in this study,the author puts forward suggestions and countermeasures based on the three interactive subjects of children,teachers and parents,including the innovative dialogue between teachers and students.The children's understanding of urban schools;the establishment of a home-school communication and dialogue mechanism,giving scientific advice on the development of children with children;integrating urban and rural culture,and accelerating the process of integrating children into urban education.
