The practice of class self-management of high school students has become the main content of the reform of high school education.The new curriculum reform emphasizes the main position of the students,emphasizing the cultivation of students' capacity and the development of their personality,and requires the students to make full use of their autonomy and enthusiasm.At the same time,class is an important base for students to accumulate knowledge and develop their abilities.The practice of class self-management of high school students enables students to experience self-management in learning and help students develop their abilities.This article mainly aims at investigating the mountain high school students' consciousness and ability in class self-management,exploring the cultivation methods of mountain high school students' class self-management and studying class self-management mode suitable for mountain high school students,to enrich the class self-management theory and promote the class self-management practice of mountain high school.This study,taking Huaiji No.1 Middle School of Guangdong Province(abbreviated as HuaiJi No.1 Middle school)as an example,contains a questionnaire survey conducted on a total of 300 students in Grade one,Grade two and Grade three in this high school,mainly about the mountain high school students' living and learning autonomy,their consciousness and practice ability of class self-management,at the same time,the research makes an interview with 9 headteachers in this school,mainly about their daily work,their confusion in class management and their consciousness in class self-management.Through the questionnaire survey of students and the interview with the headteachers,we find the problems in the class self-management of the high school students in Huaiji No.1 Middle School and we analyzes the reasons.In addition,combined with the requirements of the new curriculum reform and the characteristics of the high school students in the mountain area,this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures for the development of the classself-management of the high school students.This paper mainly consists of four parts:Part one states the reason of the research,the significance of the research and the literature review,reviewing the significance of this study.Part two defines the features as well as the connotation of class management and class self-management,and provides theoretical basis for constructing the self-management mode of mountain high school students.Part three,firstly,studies students' life and learning autonomy,their consciousness and their practice ability of self-class management through the questionnaire;Secondly,through the work interview with the headteachers,we know the daily work situation and the status of class self-management of this school;In addition,the problems in the self-management practice of the high school students in the school are discussed and summarized,and the related reasons are analyzed.Part four puts forward suggestions and strategies suitable for mountain high school students' class self-management based on three levels of school,headteacher and parents,so as to provide reference for class self-management of senior middle school students in Huaiji and other mountain high schools.
