The topic teaching method is a teaching method advocated by the new curriculum standard,which has been widely concerned by the workers in the field of basic education in recent years.In the ideological and political course,the topic teaching method is conducive to training students'logical thinking and problem-solving ability,improving students' ability to think independently,analyze problems,solve problems and distinguish right from wrong,forming correct values and then making correct value judgment and value choice in a pluralistic interest environment,which plays a very important role in training students'core discipline literacy.Looking at the relevant research on topic teaching in China,it is found that many researchers have explored the application of topic teaching in Ideological and political courses.However,the implementation steps of topic teaching involve few aspects,most of which focus on the implementation of the classroom,the preparation before class and the summary at the end of class,as well as the design and summary evaluation of the topic are rarely involved,which need to be discussed.Therefore,this paper attempts to apply the topic teaching method to the"democratic decision-making:making the best choice"in the"political life"this frame question carries on the inquiry,consummates the topic teaching method the overall structure,from the topic selection and the design to the topic implementation to the topic summary appraisal,forms the complete teaching link,raises student's discipline accomplishment,promotes student's comprehensive development.The application strategies of topic teaching in Democratic Decision Making:Making the Best Choice mainly include three aspects:the selection and design strategies of topic,the implementation strategies of topic teaching and the evaluation strategies of topic teaching.These three aspects constitute a complete teaching process.We can select topics from curriculum proposals,students'reality and social changes according to the principles of dominance,controllability and speculation.When designing a topic,teachers can use layer by layer in-depth method,prominent method and detailed method.After the design of the topic is completed,it is divided into three stages to carry out the implementation of the topic.In the pre-class preparation stage,teachers need to guide the learning plan before class,so that students can fully prepare and carefully prepare the teaching design,highlight the new concept of curriculum standards and fully preset the teaching situation,and flexibly adjust the teaching progress;In the teaching stage,teachers should actively innovate the discussion scenarios,stimulate students'interest in learning and improve the ability of classroom organization and control,effectively guide students'discussion and rationally arrange the collocation ratio of discussion topics and teaching.At the end of the course,teachers should grasp the main points of the topic,lead the value orientation and construct the mind map,summarize the knowledge system and guide students to extend and sublimate the curriculum topic.After the end of the classroom teaching content,teachers should summarize and evaluate the topics after class.In the process of evaluation,the key of evaluation is the implementation eflfect of the topic,and teachers should combine process evaluation with structural evaluation to pay attention to the generation of students'core literacy.Through the research of this thesis,we hope to arouse the attention of the workers in the field of basic education,provide new ideas for teachers to use the new teaching materials,and further deepen the theoretical discussion of classroom teaching,enrich the teaching theory and innovate the teaching mode.
