Under the fundamental mission requirement of "Lide to foster people",the standards of high school ideological and political curriculum have ushered in a new wave of reforms.The 2017 version of the high school ideological and political curriculum standards clearly requires the use of topic-based teaching to implement the goal of cultivating the core literacy of students in ideological and political disciplines.What is issue-based teaching and how to improve the level of issue-based teaching is a big test before high school ideological and political teachers.The new curriculum standard points out that topic-based teaching is a teaching model that selects topics,creates topic contexts,sets up classroom activities,guides students to participate in activities in the classroom,explores,discusses and solves problems,and promotes teaching in a democratic teaching atmosphere.This model can effectively promote the transformation of students' learning styles,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,promote the improvement of students' comprehensive literacy,and realize the educational value of high school ideological and political courses.Issue-based teaching is an effective way to improve classroom teaching effects,cultivate core literacy of disciplines,implement the fundamental tasks of Lide,and help students grow into talents.Therefore,active exploration and application of topic-based teaching is the need of the times,and it is also the duty of high school politics teachers.Judging from the actual application of topic-based teaching in high school ideological and political courses,The teaching practice of high school ideological and political teachers has not fully implemented the issue-based teaching.Most ideological and political courses are still based on the teacher-led teaching mode in traditional classroom teaching.There is still a lot of research space for research on topic-based teaching in my country.Although some school teachers have tried to use issue-based teaching,but under the influence of the college entrance examination baton,the implementation of the new curriculum concept is not in place,the student body consciousness is not strong,the teacher's professional level is limited,and the differences in the level of students are common.The actual teaching practice is empty and empty,and the call for the new curriculum standards is also empty.As a result,issues such as the set of teaching issues,insufficient value display,low effectiveness of the created situation,poor operability,poor implementation evaluation,and poor goal orientation have caused the issue-based teaching to have little effect.Ideological and political teachers should thoroughly study the inquiring topic-based teaching model and its promotion strategies.This article is mainly based on the existing research results of topic-based teaching,combined with the author's exploration and practice of topic-based teaching,starting with the topic-based teaching case taught by the author "Insist on the new development concept-exploring the dream of Mingchen's agricultural development".Combining theory with practice,and according to the existing problems in the practice of topic-based teaching in high school ideological and political courses,it proposes targeted promotion strategies for topic-based teaching.First of all,we must select topics and find the cornerstones of topic-based teaching so that "discussions" have a temperature,gradient,depth,and height,and make "discussions" valuable.Secondly,it is necessary to select cases of topic-based teaching,finely design real contexts,highlight the affinity of topic-based teaching,finely design multiple contexts,add interest to topic-based teaching,finely design speculative contexts,achieve students' drive,and enhance topic-based teaching Effectiveness.Once again,we must create creative activities,through the creation of pre-class activities for teaching warm-up,in-class activities to share exploratory wisdom,and after-class activities to guide the direction of practice,so as to adjust the melody of topic-based teaching and improve the operability of topic-based teaching.Finally,teaching evaluation must adhere to the principles of diversity,integrity and pluralism,grasp the tone of issue-based teaching,and clarify the goal orientation of issue-based teaching.It is hoped that through this research on the promotion strategy of topic-based teaching in high school ideological and political courses,the majority of ideological and political teachers can pay attention to the new curriculum standards and concepts,answer questions and answer questions for political teachers,and help the effective achievement of teaching goals.The core literacy of the discipline takes root in the ideological and political classroom,and finally implements the fundamental task of Lide to cultivate people.
