In recent years,with countries for attaches great importance to and support rural education,rural campus environment of Hainan province and other hardware facilities has significant improvement,but the current urban and rural education due to the economic development still exists the imbalance of education resources,lead to teacher quality is uneven,especially rural primary school teachers in professional development on the starting point is low,cannot adapt to the current state of the new curriculum reform and quality education.In addition,the management of rural schools still follows the traditional mode of teacher management,and does not pay attention to the individual needs of teachers,which has an adverse impact on the overall improvement of the quality of rural teachers.Stimulating the interest of rural teachers in professional development is not only related to the improvement of teachers' knowledge and skills,but also related to the survival and development of schools.Therefore,the study on the school incentive mechanism for the professional development of rural primary school teachers has theoretical and practical significance for mobilizing the work enthusiasm,subjective initiative and creativity of rural primary school teachers,as well as the deep reform of rural primary school management.In this paper,the survey data from 18 cities and counties of Hainan province township a gleam of a primary school teacher,for its internal incentive mechanism of the status of the investigation of professional development,through the questionnaire data collection and analysis,Hainan rural primary school teachers are widespread aging trend obviously,primary research study atmosphere is not thick,unreasonable structure of teachers' title,subject distribution is not balanced,the chasm between teachers assessment and evaluation and incentive,training and training not targeted and continuity,such as management system lack of innovation and vitality of the conclusion.The current rural elementary school teachers' professional development of hainan province incentives facing target motivation insufficiency,the difference between the motivation does not reach the designated position,lack of the spiritual reality,analysis of causes of trouble and in view of the current problems,the author from the focus on teachers' demand,more means to stimulate teachers' professional development and improve the system of teacher evaluation from three aspects put forward Suggestions for improvement,including the combination of school development and teachers' professional growth,give play to the role of backbone teachers set the example characters,using multiple way of studying,for school-based curriculum with cultural characteristics,etc,so as to rural primary school teachers and administrators to improve incentive mechanism to provide a meaningful reference.
