At present,critical thinking has been included in the framework of core literacy.As a general literacy,it points to higher-order cognition,is the core element of high-order thinking,and is also a prerequisite for cultivating innovative talents.Even so,in the teaching practice of primary education in China,it still pays attention to the education of students' knowledge and neglects the cultivation of students' critical thinking.Now,Maker and Maker Education flourished under the impetus of China's policy documents and the trend of the times.It has blossomed everywhere in primary and middle schools,providing a new path for the cultivation of students' critical thinking.In the elementary school,the criticality of their thinking is initially established,the thinking is divergent and they like to ask questions to the teacher.Therefore,it is a very research topic to cultivate the critical thinking of primary school students in the maker activities.Based on the related theories and teaching practices of maker education and critical thinking,this study constructs a teaching strategy for the cultivation of critical thinking among primary school students.Taking 12 students from the fourth grade of Yantai S Elementary School as the research object,through the questionnaire survey of pre-class cognitive style,the students were divided into three groups: visual,auditory and kinesthetic,with 4 students in each group.Next,the relevant teaching strategies are proposed for the status quo of maker activities,and the effectiveness of the proposed teaching strategies is verified through three rounds of action research.The first round of research was carried out in strict accordance with the steps of action research,observing the problems existing in the teaching implementation process,and analyzing the specific problems.Improve the teaching strategy based on consulting the literature and experts,and then carry out the second round of research.In the second round of research,based on the improved teaching strategy,follow the steps of action research,observe the problems found in this round of research,and improve the teaching strategies for specific problems.Finally,on the basis of the first two rounds of research,the third round is based on the re-improvement of the improved teaching strategy to create maker teaching,in order to finally test the operability and applicability of the teaching strategies constructed by the researchers.Through the three rounds of action research,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the teaching strategy of critical thinking of primary school students in maker activities is constructed and has strong feasibility;secondly,the maker activity related to critical thinking can promote students' critical thinking performance;thirdly,in the maker activity,self-cognition is a kinesthetic biased student,and critical thinking performance is promoted fastest.On the basis of conducting action research,this study constructs a teaching strategy for cultivating critical thinking of primary school students in the maker activity,and has achieved good practical results in practical teaching.
