The problem of being tired of learning is not limited to a small number of students,but it is universally present in the majority of student groups.As we all know,students' learning problems' influence are far-reaching.Their academic performance,physical,mental health,etc.are closely related to them.Therefore,the problem of tiredness has been widely concerned by families,schools and society.The "Internet +" is a hot word that has emerged in recent years,which has brought many great opportunities to China's education.It has caused significant changes in curriculum,teaching,learning,and evaluation.In accordance with the requirements of the national “ Twelfth Five-Year Plan”,it is necessary to basically complete the Internet access of primary and secondary schools nationwide during the “ Twelfth Five-Year Plan ” period,basically realize the full coverage of all types of learning Internet at all levels,having an online teaching and learning environment.It can be seen that it is of great significance to explore the status of students' tiredness in the context of Internet +,and it is also helpful to explore countermeasures to reduce the students' tiredness of learning.This paper starts with the research background,purpose and significance,and the research status at home and abroad.The definition of "weariness" and "Internet +" is determined by consulting relevant literatures;Based on the relevant theories of humanism and constructivism,the literature research method used questionnaire survey method and interview method for research design and analysis.This study takes a sample of all students from Grade 6 of Yantai No.5 Middle School in Shandong Province,including 56 students in the tablet teaching class and 55 in the regular class.Using "Study on the Causes of the Junior Middle School Students' Study Weariness " published by Wang Yuli(2015)which was revised basing on "Study on the Causes of the College Students' Study Weariness " by Chen Xuesong(2008),investigated the students' study weariness.After picking out invalid questionnaire,we obtained 108 valid ones.After that,through data analysis,we can understand the current situation of the tiredness of junior high school students and compare whether there is a significant difference between the “Internet+” background and the regular teaching background.Finally,using the results of data analysis and the interview records of relevant teachers,parents and students to explore the reasons and coping strategies of students in the Internet + background,and to study the intervention effect of mental health education on students' tiredness.The conclusions are as follows:First,there was no extreme disgusting phenomenon among the students participating in the survey,but the psychology of being bored still exists in the junior high school students.Second,the factors that lead students to learn from school are mainly from the family,the school,and the students themselves.The family factors that lead students to be tired of learning are mainly the parents' excessive expectation of children and the low level of education.The school factors that lead students to learn from school are mainly the incomplete management of students and the uneven level of teaching;the factors that lead students to learn.Mainly for the interest is not concentrated on learning,poor self-control and low self-evaluation.Thirdly,through data analysis,the scores of the students in the tablet teaching experimental class are significantly lower than those in the ordinary class.It can be inferred that a series of new classes derived from "Internet +" education can reduce students' mentality of learning to a certain extent.Fourthly,through data analysis,the scores of students in the mental health education class are significantly lower than those in the classes that do not have the classes.It can be inferred that the systematic mental health education can reduce the students' mentality of learning to a certain extent,but can't be completely eliminated.
