Construction Of The Evaluation Index System Of College Students’ Innovation Training Project

The main puipose of the "innovation training" project for college students is to train innovative talents to meet the requirements of The Times.The evaluation of college students’ "innovation training" project and the construction of a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system can promote the cultivation of college students’innovative thinking,improve their practical ability and realize the development of college students’ "innovation trainingnproject itself.A comprehensive analysis of the relevant literature on the evaluation of college students’ "innovation training" project shows that at present,there are many specific studies on the "innovation and entrepreneurship training plan for college students",while there are few independent studies on the "innovation training,project for college students,and there are even few evaluations on the "innovation training" project for college students.Though some researchers from evaluation methods,principles and the Angle of the established indexes,to build perfect "innovation training" project evaluation system has great significance,but has not formed a definite,complete,the system of effective evaluation system,makes the basic task of college students "innovation training" program can’t better implementation.This paper starts with the target requirements of college students’ "innovation training" project and based on certain theoretical basis,summarizes and formulates the framework of evaluation index system of college students’ "innovation training" project,including evaluation index,evaluation standard and indicator trial description.Firstly,the preliminary indicators were compiled into questionnaires and distributed to experts and instructors who participated in the project.Then,comprehensive factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis were conducted using spss22.0 to further select evaluation indicators.Secondly,the weight of the index system is determined according to the scores of experts and instructors,and evaluation criteria are formulated to form a relatively colplete evaluation index system of college students’ "innovation training"project.Finally,on this basis,two projects of a school are selected for evaluation by means of sampling,and the evaluation index system constructed in this paper is applied to test them,and relevant data are obtained and analyzed.Through a series of research and practice activities including the construction,improvement and verification of the index system,this study believes that there are still the following requirements for the construction of the evaluation index system of"innovation training" for college students:the construction of the index system needs to pay more attention to the integrity;More specialisation is needed;You need to be dynamic.
