"Curriculum" and "teacher" are two core concepts in the field of education.They are interdependent and have influence on each other.The change of the value orientation of curriculum theory and the new curriculum concept call for teachers to understand the curriculum.Teachers'understanding of the currculum in turn urges teachers to make continuous progress in their own professional development.With the advancement of China's education reform and the introduction of the concept of core literacy,teachers' curriculum understanding has become an inevitable issue.Many scholars pay attention to this topic,and more and more front-line teachers are aware of the necessity and important practical value of curriculum understanding.However,when we return to the real classroom,we always see various problems in the process of curriculum understanding.Faced with such a dilemma,how to make teachers understand the curriculum correctly and how to build the ideal relationship with the curriculum has become the focus of our attention.Firstly,on the basis of reading a lot of literature,this study combs the existing research results of teachers' curriculum understanding at home and abroad.With the help of the existing curriculum level theory and philosophical hermeneutics theory,this study interprets teachers' curriculum understanding from a new perspective.The curriculum is a whole,so teachers' understanding of curriculum should also be grasped as a whole.Thus,five dimensions of primary school teachers' curriculum understanding are established:the internalization of curriculum ideas and objectives,the construction of curriculum content,the grasp of curriculum implementation,the care of cumculum subjects,and the overall evaluation of curriculum.This provides a strong framework for subsequent research.Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews and classroom observation,the five dimensions of primary school teachers are investigated,and the current problems of primary school teachers in the process of curriculum understanding are analyzed and discussed.The results show that there is a tendency of mechanization in the understanding of the curriculum concept of primary school teachers,which narrows the curriculum objectives;the selection of curriculum content is isolated and the curriculum design is modeled;the course operation process lacks the creation of learning situations,single teaching methods;insufficient care for the subject of the curriculum;and the evaluation system lacks the guarantee of social environment.Finally,based on the analysis of survey data and interviews with teachers,the factors affecting primary school teachers' curriculum understanding are analyzed from the aspects of social environment,curriculum training,teachers themselves,students and parents,and the countermeasures to improve the level of primary school teachers' curriculum understanding are put forward.Mainly include:safeguarding the external institutional environment,liberating teachers 'discourse space;fostering teachers' professional consciousness in curriculum training,deepening theoretical learning;teachers should have curriculum awareness,strengthen practical reflection;mobilizing students' subjectivity,guiding parents to participate in curriculum.
