Either Quality-oriented education or Examination-oriented education is an emotive issue.Examination-oriented education is measured by the method instead of the result.In rational aspect,the character of Examination-oriented education include Words,Competition and hardworking.When a survey about Mathmatics of Examination-oriented education in Junior Middle School is undertaken,we analysis that it is necessary for teaching and studying to mix the function of hardworking and learning interest.By Comparing with the two factors and effects,we summed up several instructional strategies about mathmatics in Junior Middle School.To cultivate the hardworking ability,we can take steps to improve it such as encouragement,repetition and learning guide.To develop the learing interest,we can practice these strategies to improve it such as mathematical culture permeation,mathmatic ability affirmation and mathmatic teaching prosses promotion.From fusing Quality-oriented education with Examination-oriented education,mathematical education in Junior Middle School should give full attention about the ability to learn and psychological qualities,as a ruslut of high efficiency on teaching and learning.It is a long way to explore for other means on teaching and learning about Mathmatic education in junior middle school.
