The talents needed by society and trained by schools are contradictory.The asymmetries between qualities that a talent should possess and that the society demands for them lie in the imbalanced curriculum offered by schools and the actual needs for the society.In order to solve this contradiction between curriculum and social needs,it is an important way to set up courses scientifically and reasonably according to social needs.Fuyang is located in the northwest of Anhui Province.It is a large city with a population of more than 10 million,so the demands for education is higher.Recently,with the development of local economy and society,people pay more attention to the high-quality preschool education,which requires a large number of excellent preschool teachers.The thesis investigates the social demand for preschool teachers‘quality from three aspects: employer,consumption subject and the administrative departments of education and analyses the current situation of local preschool teachers' quality.The results show that the social demand for preschool teachers' quality is not equal to the present situation and the local teachers' quality cannot meet the social need.therefore,from social needs and based on the curriculum in preschool education major of Fuyang Preschool Education College,the thesis analyzes how to cultivate excellent future preschool teachers to satisfy the social needs by ways of constructing a new curriculum system,optimizing curriculum settings,strengthening curriculum management,improving the teaching quality of preschool education specialty and improving students' quality level.
