In 2004,document No.1 of the Central Committee pointed out that "the migrant workers who enter the city for employment have become an important part of industrial workers." According to the National Bureau of Statistics' s "Monitoring Report on Migrant Workers in 2017",the total number of migrant workers will reach 286.52 million in 2017.Among them,young and middle-aged migrant workers are the main migrant workers,with an average age of 39.7 years,and the proportion of migrant workers under 40 years old is 52.4%.The new generation of migrant workers has become the main body of migrant workers,and is also the future city of our country.Construction and economic development are the main body of labor supply.Most of the new generation of migrant workers play the role of low-end skilled personnel in the industrial army.Compared with the older generation of migrant workers,they have good physical strength,new concepts,high education and long working years in the future,which makes them willing to receive training,better and faster to absorb training knowledge,greatly enhancing the homogeneity of operational personnel to become heterogeneous middle and high-end.The possibility of skilled personnel.At present,the vocational training of the new generation of migrant workers in our country is mainly divided into public training organized by the government and on-the-job training organized by enterprises.This paper focuses on on on-the-job training of enterprises.Through questionnaire survey and interview survey of the new generation of migrant workers,the current situation of on-the-job training is analyzed,and the satisfaction of both suppliers and demanders is investigated.It aims to improve the quality and effect of on-the-job training for new generation of migrant workers,to provide marketable talents for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in China,and to provide ideas for promoting the integration of new generation of migrant workers into cities.To sum up,this paper is divided into 5 parts:Chapter 1:Introduction.Based on the research background,this paper puts forward some questions,defines the concept of the new generation of migrant workers,on-the-job training and training satisfaction,and through literature review and analysis of the current research situation,elaborates the significance of this study.Then it introduces the related theories,research framework and research methods,as well as the possible innovations and shortcomings of this paper.Chapter 2: Survey and design of on-the-job training satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers.Based on the European Customer Satisfaction Index Model(ESCI model),referring to the research results and practical experience at home and abroad,and combining with the research results of domestic scholars and the needs of practical research,this paper constructs a new generation of migrant workers' on-the-job training satisfaction evaluation model,and designs questionnaires and interview outlines.Chapter 3: Survey results and analysis of on-the-job training satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers.Based on the questionnaire and interview outline of Chapter 2,network survey and field survey are carried out,and the survey data are analyzed by SPSS software,and then the current situation and problems of on-the-job training of new generation migrant workers are explored.Chapter 4: Strategies to improve the satisfaction of on-the-job training of the new generation of migrant workers.In view of the current situation and problems of Chapter 3,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers in-service training.Chapter 5: Conclusion.The main points of this paper,the degree of realization of innovation,the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction of this topic.
