With the advent of the era of digitization,information technology has been widely applied in the field of education,the traditional teaching the blackboard with chalk media environment has had the change,multimedia classroom,online learning,the network curriculums,longed for courses platform online sites such as pouring into classroom teaching.Based on mobile Internet +education "cloud" of classroom teaching under the background of the construction of informatization of education arises at the historic moment,it provides a convenient for students learning resources,enrich the learning content,affects the student's learning style.However,researchers have to adopt cloud classroom teaching model research is not enough in-depth,cannot in all aspects of the comprehensive factors,for a line of education workers to provide systematic,scientific,the era of cloud to construct classroom teaching evaluation system and scheme.At present,there are not many representative achievements in the research on the evaluation system of cloud classroom teaching in the academic circle.Generally,it is a fragmentary and perceptual knowledge,which is difficult to reach the understanding of essence and regularity.In order to build the cloud classroom teaching evaluation index system is strong,the public accept degree is high,need to teachers,students,parents and experts to work together to improve the comprehensiveness and effectiveness of the index system,so as to promote students' growth,teachers' professional development and improve the quality of cloud of classroom teaching.This paper starts from the reflection on practical problems and the perception of participation in practice,and leads to the origin of the research.Based on "evaluation","cloud" of classroom teaching and defines the core concepts,analysis on cloud classroom teaching evaluation index system and evaluation of domestic and foreign research present situation,proposed the significance,methods of research papers and purpose.Through the use of literature research method,case study method,qualitative research method.After a series of data collection and sorting,selecting the representative of the three schools as the present situation of the current cloud classroom teaching cases,and carries on the visit,investigation,and further excavation problems existing in the current cloud classroom teaching evaluation,reflection build cloud developmental classroom teaching evaluation index system of the necessity of the research.And according to the theory of multiple intelligences theory,constructivism and postmodernism theory to build the system of theoretical basis,with scientific,comprehensive,developmental,qualitative and quantitative principles for building the basic principles of the system.Reveal cloud developmental classroom teaching evaluation index system based on students' demand,personalized learning and creating good conditions for the students,improve students initiative toobtain knowledge and absorption as the reference point,focus on classroom teaching platform of cloud and cloud classroom teaching process to the satisfaction of students learning needs and its degree,and pertinently grasp cloud services and the demand of tension between classroom teaching and students,make the cloud classroom teaching better development in practice.Finally,the author through the study of literature,and integrated the relevant indicators,some reference to the existing evaluation indexes,combining classroom teaching status quo of cloud,the evaluation system is divided into classroom teaching platform of cloud,the cloud of classroom teaching process,the effect of classroom teaching three dimensions of cloud,and set up under the three dimensional first-level indicators,namely page and technology design,and function,the concept of teachers and students,the teaching content,teaching effect and learning effect,the relationship between teachers and students.Through the Delphi method has consult experts and first-line teachers,evaluation indexes and evaluation standards for grade evaluation,and USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),index weight by MATLAB7.0 software calculation,finally established cloud developmental classroom teaching evaluation index system.In addition,by adopting the method of case study,through the use of plenty of opportunities to participate in practice research,according to certain cloud classroom teaching evaluation index system,running a school of a public cloud classroom teaching on Chinese lesson on the evaluation test,to test validity of the index system,so as to adjust the evaluation index and optimization,in order to further improve the cloud developmental classroom teaching evaluation index system to provide powerful guarantee.
