Research On The Network Opinion Guidance Ability Of College Counselors In The New Era

Under the background of the new era,the counselor as the main force of the network's public opinion guidance is the core of the class' s ideological and political education,the teacher's friend who grows up into a talent,the communication bridge between the university leaders and the student management,and the public opinion guidance in the university network.It plays the most crucial role.There are many new problems in the new era,and many new requirements are put forward.The work of counselors shoulders the heavy responsibility of colleges and universities,and faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Therefore,it is of great significance and reality to understand the importance of counselors in the network public opinion guidance of colleges and universities,to continuously improve the counselor's network public opinion guidance ability,and to strengthen the research on the network public opinion guidance ability of college counselors,Iwhich has important epochal and practical significance in the new era.Based on the above background and thinking,this paper uses a certain theoretical basis as a paving questionnaire to conduct a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with college counseling-led college students in four schools in Nanchong City,and divides them into four chapters in the article.To illustrate the results,problems and implementation paths of college counselors' network public opinion guidance in the context of the new era:First,introduction.The introduction part mainly analyzes the preface of the paper,including the background meaning of the topic,the research status at home and abroad and the research methods used,as well as the difficulties,innovations and inadequacies faced by this paper.Second,an overview of related concepts and theories.This paper expounds the basic concepts,characteristics and the requirements of the network counseling ability of college counselors in the new era.From Xi Jinping's new era of comprehensive education theory,Marxism's theory of human nature and human comprehensive development,Drucker's scientific management theory,and second-level communication theory,the research on the network's public opinion guidance ability of college counselors in the new era.Third,the problems and causes of the network counseling ability of college counselors in the new era.Through the analysis of the questionnaires and interview results of the four colleges and universities,it is found that most counselors haveachieved remarkable results in the network public opinion guidance,such as the counselor's network public opinion guidance,counselor network sensation guidance,and students' overall satisfaction with the counselors.It is also high.At the same time,it is also found that a small number of counselors have problems such as insufficient political guidance at home and abroad for class students,poor ability to learn employment guidance for class students,lack of daily effective communication with class students,and failure to master class network discourse rights.These problems are analyzed from four aspects.The main reason is that the counselor's comprehensive basic ability is weak,the counselor's professional humanities are not high,the counselor's psychological grasp of the students is not comprehensive,and the counselor team is not well established.Fourth,further strengthen the basic path of the network public opinion guidance ability of college counselors in the new era.Based on the results of the first three chapters,combined with the actual situation of the four colleges and universities in Nanchong City,we will start from the basic principles of public opinion guidance of college counselors in the new era,implement the specific strategies of college counselors' public opinion guidance in the new era,and provide effective new era colleges and universities.The counselor's sensation-guided external guarantees provide
