In recent years,small and micro enterprises play an increasingly important role in China's economic development,accounting for more than 90% of the total number of registered enterprises in China.As an important part of micro-economy at present,small and micro enterprises have the basic characteristics of simple operation,flexibility and convenience,strong adaptability,and play an important role in promoting social development,alleviating employment pressure,balancing economic income and other aspects.At the same time,many realistic factors,such as uneven strength of small and micro enterprises,irregular internal management and low quality of practitioners,lead to unstable labor force,unclear labor relations,frequent labor disputes and other phenomena in small and micro enterprises.These phenomena make small and micro enterprises difficult to survive,but also pose certain risks to economic development.At present,scholars at home and abroad pay more attention to the policy support,sources of funds,social relations and other aspects of the development of small and micro enterprises,but the research on labor relations of small and micro enterprises is not much,and the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are relatively lacking.This paper studies the status quo of labor relations in small and micro enterprises,analyses the causes of the problems,and then puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the status of labor relations in small and micro enterprises and to build harmonious labor relations,which has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance.Taking Dushanzi District as an example,this paper adopts the method of theoretical analysis and empirical research,and combines questionnaires with interviews to randomly select 30 small and micro enterprises and 156 small and micro enterprises workers for comparative analysis and investigation.It also evaluates the current situation and influencing factors of labor relations management in small and micro enterprises,and combines the development characteristics of small and micro enterprises and the theoretical study of labor relations to study Dushan.This paper makes an empirical analysis of the status quo and characteristics of labor relations of small and micro enterprises in sub-districts,and puts forward some suggestions on building harmonious labor relations in small and micro enterprises by giving full play to the role of government departments,strengthening the management level of small and micro enterprises and improving the quality of workers themselves.Through defining the related concepts of labor relations in small and micro enterprises,this paper analyses the performance characteristics of labor relations in small and micro enterprises,and finds that the labor relations in small and micro enterprises in Dushanzi District have the characteristics of "pluralism,complexity and variability".The main reasons are the lack of relatively independent third-party force between the government and small and micro enterprises,the nature of small and micro enterprise managers in pursuit of profit supremacy,and the small and micro enterprise managers' nature of pursuing profit supremacy.Laborers in micro-enterprises are not conscious of protecting their rights and have unequal rights in dealing with labor relations.In view of the factors affecting the labor relations of small and micro enterprises,the Countermeasures for improving the labor relations of small and micro enterprises are put forward from the perspectives of the government,enterprises and workers,namely,implementing various preferential policies,reducing the cost of protecting employees' rights,strengthening the supervision of labor security,improving relevant labor laws and regulations,improving the overall guarantee of small and micro enterprises,improving the salary and welfare system,standardizing the management of labor contracts,and strengthening labor security.To improve social security awareness,raise the income level of workers,enhance the awareness of law-learning,stimulate the subjective initiative of workers,strengthen training and care.
