Research On Resource Supply Of Labor Force Transfer Training In New-type Rural Community

New-type rural community labor transfer training is an important measure to promote the non-agricultural employment of rural labor force and the transformation of "citizen" identity,so as to promote China's urbanization.However,the current new-type rural community labor transfer training has the problems of insufficient supply of training resources,dislocation of supply and demand,and imbalance of supply structure,which leads to poor training effect and is not conducive to the promotion of new-type rural community labor transfer employment and urbanization.Therefore,it has become an important research topic to explore and solve the problem of training resources supply of new-type rural community labor force transfer and to provide specific training resources supply model.Firstly,discussing the research background,research status and scheme,and then expounds the theoretical basis of this research.Then,based on the field survey data,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the supply of training resources for new-type rural community labor force transfer,and analyzes the willingness and demand for training for new-type rural community labor force transfer,based on the reality.Then it further discusses the advantages of colleges and universities in the supply of new-type rural community labor transfer training resources.Finally,a new supply model of rural community labor transfer training resources is proposed.According to the research,the supply of new-type rural community labor transfer training resources and the demand for community labor transfer training is an important prerequisite for the effective supply model.Colleges and universities are the important subjects of the supply and implementation of new-type rural community labor transfer training resources.It is the top priority to study and solve the problems existing in the current training to provide a new training resources supply mode or path for rural community labor transfer.Figure 2;Table 30;Reference 59.
