With the rapid development of modern economy,all kinds of equipment and resources are constantly updated,and the gap between towns and villages is gradually widened,which is particularly prominent in the allocation of basic education resources.As we all know,the guarantee of the average quality of modern education needs the provision of educational resources to realize.However,the backwardness of rural basic education facilities is mainly caused by objective or subjective factors such as geographical location,communication and exchange,policies issued by the government,and unreasonable allocation of public resources owned by the society.For students in rural areas with less developed and closed traffic,changing the allocation of basic education resources can improve the existing educational environment and enable teachers to present their teaching contents in a better and more understandable way.For schools,the significant improvement of teaching effect in the teaching process naturally represents the improvement of teaching quality.For the whole society,the equal distribution of educational resources not only reflects the fairness of the society,but also reflects the country's and the government's fair attitude towards the basic education of national teenagers and children,and their respect for the rights and responsibilities of every citizen to receive education on an equal footing.Therefore,to reduce the gap between urban and rural basic education level and improve the overall quality of basic education nationwide requires us to realize the average distribution of national public education resources.To promote the equal distribution of compulsory education resources in rural and urban areas,coastal areas and inland areas nationwide is a serious problem that China is facing at present,and it is also an effective measure to improve the per capita quality of China and to improve the level of quality education in urban and rural areas.In order to promote the equalization of Heyuan city,urban and rural compulsory education,in the perspective of education resources allocation,this paper from the perspective of public management theory,in reference to domestic and foreign research scholars on compulsory education,on the basis of the research achievements of the allocation of resources,selection of Heyuan city,compulsory education resources allocation as the research object,analyze the countermeasures of compulsory education resources equilibrium configuration.Firstly,the background and significance of the research on the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources are introduced.Secondly,it summarizes the theory and practice of the allocation of compulsory education resources in China.Then on the basis of absorbing the domestic and foreign research results,this paper expounds the measures of the allocation of compulsory education resources in Heyuan city,and finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions based on the analysis results to promote the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources in Heyuan city.We hope to get experience and lessons from it,so that we can allocate educational resources more reasonably and avoid more people taking detours,so as to narrow the imbalance in the development of urban and rural education.
