As a major indicator of the development and prosperity of a country and nation,education is a prerequisite for the modernization of a country.In recent years,there have been more and more calls for education equity and integration of urban and rural compulsory education.Since the implementation of compulsory education,although China has made remarkable achievements in basic education,the problem of educational equity has not been properly solved,and the gap between urban and rural education levels is widening.How to reduce and even eliminate the gap is the top priority of our country's basic education.Taking L county,chengde city,hebei province as an example,this paper investigates and studies the basic education situation in county-level areas,and summarizes the main problems facing the integration development of county-level urban and rural compulsory education.Unreasonable structure of teachers in urban and rural compulsory education;Rural compulsory education school teachers to the county flow serious;The problem of "cities crowding out villages" is serious.On this basis,through in-depth analysis,this paper found the causes of the problem,and then found the corresponding countermeasures according to the causes: only to improve education,improve the management and supervision mechanism;Increasing financial support to ensure the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education;Scientific planning county education development,gradually eliminate the phenomenon of "large class size";Only by perfecting the teacher management system and ensuring the balanced and reasonable teachers in the stage of urban and rural compulsory education can the integration of urban and rural compulsory education be better realized and the educational equity be realized.
