| In recent years,China and Laos have frequent economic exchanges,and national culture has many similarities.In the field of higher education,there are many areas of mutual learning in Laos and learning.In particular,the successful experience of undergraduate teaching management in China has many references to the undergraduate teaching management in Laos.This paper focuses on the comparative study of undergraduate teaching management in China and Laos.The research based on the China University of Mining and the National University of Laos focuses on the comparative study of undergraduate teaching management in China and Laos highlighting the existing problems in the teaching management of undergraduate education in Laos and indicates the future direction of undergraduate teaching management in Laos.First of all,through the analysis and comparison of the two universities’ undergraduate education concepts,teaching management system,teaching management mode,teaching software and hardware environment construction and other aspects,the similarities and differences are found out,and the shortcomings of Laos’ s national university in these aspects are highlighted.This paper gives some enlightenment to Laos undergraduate education management from the four aspects of improving the teaching quality,perfecting the teaching system,improving the quality of teachers in institutions of higher learning,and strengthening the cooperation with foreign countries to achieve the goal of comparative education,continuous improvement and common progress,provide direction for the development of Laos undergraduate education management. |
