Research On The Impact Of New Urbanization And Technological Innovation On Industrial Structure Upgrading

Under the new normal,the "structural acceleration" welfare brought about by the pre-industrialization period for China's economic growth gradually disappeared,and the economic development formally entered the era of deceleration,and the economic growth changed from high speed to medium high speed,making the "triple pressure".Problems such as middle-income trap and urban disease are highlighted.In the new normal,in the face of population,resources and environment and many other constraints,the transformation of kinetic energy of new economic development is urgent.The upgrading of industrial structure is an important support for the transformation of new kinetic energy,while new urbanization and scientific and technological innovation are two important means to promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Therefore,in the context of the comprehensive construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Based on the data of nine provinces along the Silk Road,and aiming at upgrading the industrial structure,this paper deeply analyzes the linear and nonlinear effects of new urbanization and scientific and technological innovation,which will not only promote the economic development along the Silk Road Economic Belt,but also promote the economic development of the areas along the Silk Road Economic Belt.It is also of great practical significance to resolve the dual conflict between urban and rural areas and to promote the stable and harmonious development of economy and society.Based on the research logic of "theoretical research and empirical research and policy suggestion research",this paper first introduces the background and significance of this study,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research contents,ideas and methods of this paper,which lays a foundation for the later study.Secondly,the related concepts and theoretical basis are expounded,and the mechanism of the new urbanization,scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading are deeply analyzed.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of new urbanization,scientific and technological innovation and industrial structure in nine provinces along the Silk Road.On this basis,the index system of the three is constructed,and the comprehensive index difference of each province is evaluated.Through price comparison and analysis,the coupling model is used to evaluate the development level between new urbanization and science and technology innovation.Finally,the empirical analysis part,based on the panel data of nine provinces from 2005 to 2016,analyzes the linear and nonlinear relationship between new urbanization and scientific and technological innovation on the upgrading of industrial structure.The conclusions are as follows:(1)New urbanization can optimize the efficiency of resource allocation and improve social productivity by exerting its "selective effect".(2)the level of scientific and technological innovation has a significant positive spillover effect on the upgrading of industrial structure of nine provinces along the Silk Road.In promoting the region While upgrading the industrial structure,it will also promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of adjacent regions through the radiation effect.(3)the "synergistic" effect of new urbanization and scientific and technological innovation can effectively promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of the nine provinces along the Silk Road.Exerting the linkage effect of the two is of great practical significance in alleviating the problems of "structural deceleration" and "triple pressure" brought about by the slowdown in economic growth.(4)Subregionally,The industrial structure upgrading effect of the new urbanization has significant heterogeneity between the southwest and northwest regions,the northwest and the southwest;The effect of scientific and technological innovation on the upgrading of industrial structure in Southwest China is negative and not significant,but it can effectively promote northwest China.(5)The push-pull effect of new-type urbanization and scientific and technological innovation on the upgrading of industrial structure exists "threshold effect" because of the mismatch between the two,because the threshold value of new-type urbanization is relatively low.The nine provinces along the Silk Road basically meet the threshold demand of the new urbanization level for the upgrading of industrial structure,but the technological innovation development of the nine provinces along the Silk Road can not meet the threshold demand of the upgrading of the industrial structure for the level of scientific and technological innovation.
