With the expansion of scale,private college has played a positive role in promoting the Chinese to receive higher education and to meet the China economic and social development.Higher education development needs public and private forms,playing their respective advantages and complement each other.However,along with our country increase financial investment in public colleges in recent years and Chinese generally have some bias to the private colleges,the development of private education failed to play its due role.Among them,the biggest obstacle of the development of private education lies in the failure to form a stable high quality teachers team.In this paper,taking JG College as the research object,This paper attempts to reference the performance appraisal method which is mature in the company,combined with the positioning and characteristics of private colleges and universities,to explore the characteristics of the private colleges and universities for performance evaluation methods,make a contribution to enhance the effectiveness of human resources management,provide certain reference for similar colleges of fulltime teachers.First,this paper summarized research background and significance,the teacher performance appraisal research present situation in domestic and foreign countries,and introduced the research object of JG college full-time teachers performance appraisal status objectively.Next,adopted questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature research method to diagnose existence question of JG college full-time teachers performance appraisal.Analyzed the factors from internal factors and external environment Angle.Finally,this paper puts forward full-time teachers performance appraisal total target and general principle of JG college,and puts forward the concrete from four aspects of performance appraisal system optimization measures: according to strategic target optimize performance appraisal process,optimizing the full-time faculty performance evaluation index system;adopting 360 degree performance appraisal method,and so on.
