In recent years,with the development and progress of society,both parents and teachers have realized the importance of home-school cooperation.It is also clear that home-school cooperation is an important way to promote the development of school education,help students grow up healthily,and promote family harmony and happiness.However,in rural areas,there are still many problems in the cooperation between home and school.The focus of this paper is on a series of educational problems caused by the unclear boundaries of responsibility between rural junior colleges and universities.In order to try to clarify the main responsibility division of rural homes and schools,and better promote the cooperation between home and school in rural primary schools,this study is based on the theory of overlapping influence threshold and the theory of responsibility dispersion,according to the two main subjects of home-school cooperation activities—school and the family,selected eight rural primary school teachers and school leaders from different grades in L County,H Province,and four parents of rural students of different grades as the main research object of this paper,through interviews with the research subjects and daily observations,etc.The method is to study the responsibility boundary of the cooperation of rural small schools.This study starts with the division of responsibility between home and school.Firstly,it clarifies the content of responsibility between the home and school,and makes a bottom-line division of the boundaries of responsibility between the students from the personal safety,conduct and perspectives of academics.This paper visualizes the specific performance of the two sides in the current rural small-educational school cooperation due to the unclear boundary of responsibility,and describes the cross-border educational behavior of both sides.The main part of this paper focuses on the analysis of the unclear boundary of the cooperative responsibility of rural small-school scholars.It mainly discusses the three aspects of the misunderstanding of the responsibility boundary,the absence of parents and the lack of teacher-led cooperation.In order to better understand the reasons for the unclear boundary of inter-school responsibilities,this paper probes into the three aspects of subject consciousness,institution construction and the value orientation of educational actors,and further rethinks the purpose of clarifying the responsibility of home school,and proposes to establish a correct concept of cooperation to ensure the overall development of students,to establish specialized organizations will carefully divide the boundaries of responsibility,and a sound external system will be established with a focus on strengthening the accountability system to try to solve the relevant education problems mentioned in this article.
