Research On The Unbalanced Development Of Compulsory Education In Urban And Rural Areas In Suide County,Shaanxi Province

Compulsory education is an important educational work in China.It is a basic public undertaking that needs priority development and protection.It is also a basic undertaking for poverty alleviation.At present,China has entered the stage of decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way,and is in a critical period of in-depth development of new-type urbanization.This puts new demands on the overall conditions for improving compulsory education and the quality of education.At the same time,household registration system reform,family planning policy adjustment,population and student mobility have brought great challenges to the planning and layout of urban and rural compulsory education schools and the supply of urban degrees.In many places,the contradiction between urban and rural dual structure is still outstanding.The quality of rural quality education is in short supply,and the quality of education needs to be improved.The allocation of urban education resources is not suitable for the development of new urbanization,and the problem of large classes is serious.In order to implement the requirements for building a well-off society in an all-round way and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of compulsory education,it is necessary to promote the integrated development of urban and rural compulsory education in the county.During the writing process of this study,I visited some schools in Tianzhuang Town,Mantangchuan Town,and the urban area of Suide County,mainly to investigate the situation of urban and rural education in the compulsory education stage in Suide County,including the education scale of urban and rural compulsory education in Suide County.Through the status quo of the development of urban and rural compulsory education in Suide County,the development of urban and rural compulsory education in Suide County is unbalanced,and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.In the existing theoretical research,there is no lack of research on the balance of compulsory education in the county.This study is based on the equilibrium problem of the development of urban and rural compulsory education in Suide County,and analyzes the reasons for its deeper internal.The balanced development of county compulsory education is related to the fundamentals of our people's livelihood and the harmony of society,laying the foundation for the balanced development of quality compulsory education in China's counties.This study consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of this research,as well as the theoretical research on the balanced development of compulsory education at home and abroad.The second part is the elaboration of the basic concept and theoretical basis of the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in the county,and proposes a balanced indicator system.The third part is an analysis of the current situation of the development of compulsory education in Suide County.The fourth part is the analysis of the performance,causes and adverse consequences of the unbalanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Suide County.The fifth part is about the experience of the balanced development of compulsory education.The sixth part is based on the first five parts to propose measures to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in Suide County.
