Education always plays an important role in the process of achieving a moderately prosperous society and moving toward national rejuvenation.At present,urban and rural education development in China is seriously unbalanced,and the relative backwardness of education in rural and poverty areas has become an important obstacle to the national education development.In order to improve the education quality in rural and poverty areas and ensure the reasonable allocation of educational resources,the state has set up special post teachers for rural compulsory education schools.The study takes special post teachers professional development in junior high school as the research topic,and takes special post teachers of Tangxian Middle School in Hebei Province as the research object to make a systematic theoretical analysis.Through investigation,it is found that many problems exist in the management system of Tangxian Middle school,such as tough professional development environment,heavy work arrangement,difficulty in meeting professional training needs,imperfect job promotion mechanism and so on,which reflect the imperfection system and weak material foundation of teacher professional development.In addition,some special post teachers also have many problems in their professional development,such as the deviation of cognitive development,the need to improve working ability,the single way and unclear goal of professional development and so on,which reflect the lack of professional quality of some special post teachers and the low sense of professional development efficiency.Therefore,to promote the professional development of special post teachers in Tangxian Middle School needs the joint efforts of the school,special post teachers and the society.The school should strengthen the investment in special post teachers professional development,arrange work tasks scientifically and reasonably,perfect the special post teachers management and assessment system,and standardize the special post teachers training system.Special post teachers should strengthen professional development awareness,enhance professional development ability,pay attention to professional development training,and enhance professional emotion.Education development is also inseparable from the society support.From the perspective of society,special posts teachers professional development conditions should be improved and the basic salary should be guaranteed.
