Research On The Unbalanced Allocation Of Urban And Rural Compulsory Education Resources

Education is the cornerstone of the development of human society,the balanced development of education reflects the fairness of the right to education,the compulsory education as the development of basic education,is to improve the national quality,protect the people enjoy an important stage of equal right to education,compulsory education resources allocation is balanced,to achieve educational equity in urban and rural areas,narrowing between urban and rural areas the gap between urban and rural compulsory education,promote the coordinated development,the importance of building a harmonious society.PressureThis paper adopts the method of literature analysis,survey analysis,problems and Countermeasures of the current situation in Hunan Province,within the scope of urban and rural compulsory education resource allocation are analyzed and described,the article is divided into five parts: pressureFirst of all,the significance and background of the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources in urban and rural areas,as well as the current research situation of urban and rural compulsory education at home and abroad are summarized.Second,from the definition and theoretical basis of resource allocation in urban and rural compulsory education,we will explain the significance and standard of balanced allocation of resources between urban and rural compulsory education.Third,the present situation of the development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas in Hunan province was investigated and analyzed.From the conditions of running schools and teachers,we can see the unbalanced allocation of resources in urban and rural compulsory education in Hunan province.Fourth,the reasons for the disequilibrium of the allocation of compulsory education resources in Hunan are expounded.Fifth,in view of the unbalanced allocation of compulsory education resources in Hunan Province,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the balanced allocation of urban and rural compulsory education resources.The main countermeasures are: strengthening teacher protection system and supplementary system,implementing rural teacher training plan,improving the flow mechanism of urban and rural teachers,and optimizing the evaluation system of professional titles.
