Research On The Application Of Current Political News To Cultivate Political Identity In Ideological And Political Teaching In Senior High School

In order to further implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and helping students to set up the correct political direction,the curriculum objective of "Core Accomplishment of Ideological and Political Discipline in Ordinary High Schools(2017Edition)" requires students to possess four key qualities: political identity,scientific spirit,awareness of the rule of law and public participation.Among them,political identity,as one of the qualities with Chinese characteristics,has increasingly become the focus of experts,scholars and front-line teachers.Cultivating political identity is to guide students to identify with the existing political system and its operation process,and consciously support political organizations,systems and their political power,and current political news is just one of the best carriers to transmit such information.Therefore,current political news has shown irreplaceable advantages in cultivating political identity.Based on the internal relationship between current political news and the cultivation of political identity,this paper discusses how to effectively use current political news to promote the cultivation of political identity in high school ideological and political teaching.This article is mainly composed of three parts: introduction(background,research significance,review of domestic and foreign Studies,theoretical basis,possible innovations),text,conclusion and prospect.The main content of the text is divided into the following four parts:The first part is an overview of the application of current political news to cultivate political identity in high school ideological and political teaching.Including the connotation,classification,political identity and related content of political identity in our country,and analyzes the internal relationship between current political news and the cultivation of political identity.The second part is about the significance of applying current political news to cultivate political identity in high school ideological and political teaching.This article mainly elaborates from two aspects:the implementation of high school ideological and political curriculum standards and the improvement of students' political literacy.First of all,it is conducive to promoting the implementation of the basic concepts of high school ideological and political curriculum and the achievement of curriculum objectives.Secondly,it is helpful to make up for the lag of teaching materials and enhance the understanding of political views.It is helpful to stimulate students' interest and raise their awareness of paying attention to political life.It is beneficial to cultivate students' analysis ability of current political news and improve their level of participation in political life.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of applying current political news to cultivate political identity in high school ideological and political teaching.Starting with the achievements and difficulties.Generally speaking,teachers can cultivate political identity with the help of current political news,and students can initially complete the independent construction of political identity with the help of current political news.However,there are also many difficulties,mainly reflected in the students' political cognition,political emotion,political attitude and political practice have not been fully promoted under the guidance of current political news.The main reasons are the teachers' lack of living teaching concepts,the ability to interpret current political news needs to be improved,the lack of positive guidance,and the negative influence from the diversity of students' interests.The fourth part is the countermeasures of cultivating political identity by applying current political news in high school ideological and political teaching.This paper puts forward three suggestions: first,to improve teachers' comprehensive quality and enhance teachers' teaching ability to cultivate political identity;Secondly,it enriches the application forms of current politics news in classroom teaching and promotes the cultivation of students' political identity.The last is to innovate the forms of activities in after-school learning and promote the autonomous internalization of students' political identity.
