The reform of vocational education is in full swing.How to promote the improvement of students' professional ability in teaching is an important issue.In the field of classroom evaluation,the evaluation of screening and evaluation functions is lagging behind.The concept of classroom evaluation is from learning.The evaluation turned to the evaluation of learning,and this evaluation concept is also called learning evaluation.The learning evaluation shows different characteristics from the traditional evaluation of learning in terms of evaluation purpose,evaluation object,evaluation method,etc.,which makes it have unique advantages in the application of vocational education.This study firstly investigates the current situation of classroom evaluation of the secretarial professional courses in the vocational school through classroom observation and student questionnaires.It investigates from three aspects: target sharing,evaluation methods and evaluation feedback,and finds that the classroom objectives are not targeted and the professional ability is cultivated.The relationship is not big,the teacher is still the leader in the evaluation process,and the feedback to the students is also vague.From the analysis of the reasons of teachers and courses,it can be seen that the characteristics of the secretarial curriculum itself and the weakening of the evaluation links in the teaching design are the main reasons..The learning evaluation theory advocates the promotion of the status of evaluation,and promotes the self-development of students by evaluation.It is more suitable for the current status of the secretarial profession of secondary vocational schools.The author proposes the teaching design ideas of the professional secretarial courses in the secondary vocational school with reference to the teaching model of learning evaluation.To develop and share learning objectives,develop and share standards of success,give students descriptive feedback in teaching activities,guide students to reflect on self-assessment and mutual evaluation,and use teachers' effective high quality questions in the first four steps.In order to promote the effective implementation of teaching,in these five links,the specific strategy design is carried out in combination with the actual situation of the course.In order to explore the application of the teaching design of learning evaluation in teaching practice,this study selects one of the chapters of “PPT Production”,a professional core course of the professional secretarial profession,and conducts action research in this process.Continuously correct specific teaching measures in light of the actual situation of the classroom.Combined with the practice process,the author puts forward three suggestions for the application of learning evaluation teaching design to the professional curriculum of the secretarial profession.It pays attention to the role of quantitative evaluation,provides more problem support and improves classroom management ability.Through the above research,it can be found that the learning evaluation can open a new perspective in the teaching of the secretarial professional courses in the secondary vocational school.The classroom evaluation can be an important starting point for effectively improving the professional ability of the students,and the action research process and implementation suggestions of this research can be other The teaching exploration of secretarial related teachers provides a certain case reference.
