Northern Shaanxi is a vast land where has given birth to the deep culture,and to deep music culture.In the process of the thousand years of the northern Shaanxi folk songs history,it not only shines forever like the sun and the moon,but also mixes with the spiritual glamour of the birth and death,the love and hate,the good and evil,and its melody is loud and sonorous with enthusiasm in the northern Shaanxi,creating the eternal classic to be permanent.Northern Shaanxi folk songs is not only rich in content,but also intact in save,and has become one of the representative national music in China.The lingering charm of the folk songs shows in the singing based on the lyrics and melody.without being sung by one generation and another generation,although it has incalculable artistic value,Northern Shaanxi folk songs will be faded in the process of history and become the history without aesthetic value.Of course,it is impossible to be constantly,inheritingly protected,only do mobilize and give play to the education's positive role,guide students to do it,be creative with the roots,and keep pace with the times.However,in the practic process of the teaching in northern Shaanxi music classes,teaching materials are rather scarce.So how to effectively apply the northern Shaanxi folk songs resources into the high school classes,it have important academic value and far-reaching theorethical significance for the teaching in northern Shaanxi high schools.The Standard of Musical Curriculum pointed out that the music appreciation if an important way to cultivate student's aestheticability in music.It also benefits students in cultivating their taste,enhancing their artistic appreciation,strengthening physical and psychological health and forming individuality,and forming their individuality means the progress of self-actualization.As we all know,schools are of the most important part inChinese national music-teaching.Thus,we should pay attention to the oppertunities in music teaching practice and study,especially the northern Shaanxi flok songs in high school in that,it's the essential measure to strengthen the foundation of inheritance and development of northern Shaanxi flok songs,and we are deeply convinced that,only in this way,students can really appreciate music.Taking Baota district high school as a research object,the paper carries questionnaires and interviews on music teachers and students in high schools.After gathering,collecting and refering to a large number of the materials related to northern Shaanxi folk songs,this paper tries to analysis of present teaching status in baota district high schools.In this paper,it have five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,present researches and research contents.The second chapter is the summary of northern Shaanxi folk songs,including the history of northern Shaanxi flok songs,and northern Shaanxi flok songs in revolution,reform and opening-up period.The third chapter describes questionnaires among 150 students and interviews among 5 music teachers in Baota 5 high schools,including the selection of the objects and samples,design and implementation of the questionnnaires and interviews,the analyses and results of the questionnaires and interviews.Based on the third chapter,the fourth chapter proposes strategies about teaching northern Shaanxi flok songs in high schools,including teaching concept,teaching principles,teaching targets,the exploitation of the school textbooks of northern Shaanxi folk songs,teaching contents,and teaching stragies of northern Shaanxi folk songs.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper,including research results,research limitations,and continious research suggestions.
