The class is the basic unit of school education management.The class environment is the basic environment for students to live in school,which has a subtle influence on the development of students.Building a class environment is an important task.Only by understanding the connotation of the class environment and its impact on students,and mastering the strategy of building an optimized class environment,can we better utilize the class environment to promote the development of class groups and individual students.There are many factors influencing the construction of the class environment.Among them,the class teacher,as the organizer and guide of the class work,plays a leading role in the classroom environment construction.Therefore,based on the role of the class teacher,this paper studies and discusses the primary school class environment.Under the guidance of relevant theories,this study takes the A primary school,B primary school and C primary school in Changli County,Hebei Province as the survey object,and analyzes it by questionnaire survey and interview method.By understanding the current situation of the class environment in the three primary schools in Changli County,we will find out the problems existing in the environment construction of the class and analyze the causes of the current environmental problems in the primary school class.The class teacher has insufficient understanding of the class material environment,underestimates the educational role of the teaching site,despise the teaching value of the teaching equipment,lacks in-depth thinking about the class psychological environment,and the strong leadership style leads to the lack of harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and does not form positive in the class construction.Style of study and class style,extensive work on class system construction,neglecting the democratic construction of class committees,ignoring the significance of a sound class system,one-sided understanding of reward and punishment systems,limitations of their own abilities and qualities,In addition,the school administrators despise the construction of the class environment,the role of the teachers in the department is not obvious,and the opportunities for students to participate in the construction of the class environment also limit the optimization of the class environment to a certain extent.Based on the causes,the class environment related improvement measures were proposed.The class teacher actively creates a harmonious class material environment,attaches importance to the educational role of the teaching venue,raises the importance of the class psychological environment,establishes a harmonious teacher-student relationship,cultivates a good class style,builds a democratic and fair class system,and establishes a sound class system.Class rules,establish a reasonable management system for class cadres and a fair reward and punishment system;Forming a joint effort of primary school class environment construction centered on the head teacher,Improve the professional ability and quality of the class teacher,reposition the role of the class teacher,strengthen the class teacher's ideological and moral quality,improve the class teacher's modern education theory level and management skills,and class environment construction as the content of the class teacher's assessment.The school education manager attaches importance to and supports the class teacher class.Environmental work,other teachers and students cooperate with the class teacher to carry out class environment construction,parents correctly cultivate students' class environmental awareness.
