With the continuous development of information technology,mobile phones have become the most common communication tools for people.From the original fixed-line and short-message functions to the current voice calls and web browsing,we are enjoying the convenience brought by mobile phones.The function is all-encompassing,with it you can travel with confidence,clothing,food and shelter can help you solve.However,while experiencing the convenience of mobile phones,we also let a large number of people fall into the excessive use of mobile phones,causing what we call "mobile phone dependence".There is no specific age limit for mobile phone dependence.Up to 60 years old people go down to four or five.Older children are likely to become mobile phone dependent.Nowadays,many middle school campuses implement mobile phone punching,which makes some teenagers vacant.As a middle school student,the most important thing at this age is learning.On the one hand,mobile phone punching can supervise students' learning.On the other hand,mobile phones for middle school students,It has a great temptation to cause middle school students to rely on mobile phones for a long time.Indulging in the online world leads to not socializing and communication with family members.This requires the intervention of social workers.This paper uses questionnaires and interviews to understand the situation of middle school students' mobile phone dependence,analyzes the causes and behaviors of mobile phone dependence.Through investigation,it is found that the mobile phone dependence of middle school students is mainly reflected in the long use time and the number of uses.Games,reading e-books,watching small videos and other entertainment modes affect the normal life and class of middle school students.Therefore,this paper conducts in-depth research on the problems and causes,explores from the perspective of social work,uses group work methods to access,and designs related group activities according to problems and reasons to help problem students to ease mobile phone dependence.The situation.In view of the status quo and existing problems of mobile phone dependence of middle school students,this paper identifies six group members,from the subjective subjective,using cognitive behavior theory,advantage perspective theory,cognitive behavior theory to carry out group activities,the purpose is to improve students by Cognition,enhance self-control ability,explore their potential to cultivate interest and hobbies;increase communication and communication skills,promote interpersonal relationships,etc.,design group activities for group members to correctly understand the network and use mobile phones correctly,so as to alleviate the middle school students' mobile phone Dependence.Through the evaluation of the group activities,it shows that the group's work involved in the mobile phone dependence of middle school students has a certain degree of relief,and has a clear understanding of the mobile phone network,which improves the self-control ability to reasonably control the use time of mobile phones,and rationally treats the mobile phone.convenient.
