Parent-child relationship is the interpersonal relationship that everyone has been exposed to since birth.It is not only the longest lasting relationship in the growth process,but also the most important social relationship to promote socialization.Good parent-child relationship to a large extent will improve the individual's social support system,which is conducive to our growth and development,while bad parent-child relationship will affect our health,hinder our development,and even affect our normal life,so everyone should have a good parent-child relationship.However,in daily life,many people have parent-child relationship problems,including left-behind groups and floating groups,which prompts more and more people to pay attention to the adverse parent-child relationship,including the problem of alienation of parent-child relationship.In the face of this reality,it is urgent for us social workers to take action from the reality and put forward relevant countermeasures to carry out appropriate intervention.Therefore,this article for the left-behind experience of college students parent-child alienation of the case work intervention.This paper USES scale and interview to understand the status quo of parent-child relationship of college students with left-behind experience,analyzes the reasons for the problems in parent-child relationship,and applies cognitive behavioral therapy to intervene.Taking a college student with left-behind experience in Y village of Z city as the case object,the investigation results show that the parent-child relationship problem of college students with left-behind experience is mainly reflected in the following five aspects: first,the communication content is monotonous;second,the communication frequency is low;third,the communication time is short;fourth,the communication initiative of both sides is poor;fifth,the direct interaction is few.The reasons mainly include the left-behind experience in childhood,the cognitive deviation of not being deeply loved,the inappropriate parent-child communication mode,no enough time to communication between parents and children and the unreasonable family education mode.Based on such survey results,social workers in Y village selected cases with left-behind experience and alienation of parent-child relationship for professional intervention to help them increase communication and interaction with parents and solve the problem of alienation of parent-child relationship.Through the intervention of three service stages,this paper identifies the manifestation of the alienation of parent-child relationship between the subject and the family,explores the causes and the basic mode of family interaction and communication,helps the subject face up to the left-behind experience,changes the cognition,and promotes the family to improve the parent-child communication skills and abilities.At the same time,it also provides a platform for the family to communicate and interact with each other,and promotes the benign development of the parent-child relationship.The research shows that it is meaningful for case work to intervene in the alienation of parent-child relationship of college students with left-behind experience,which not only helps the case subject to solve the problem of the alienation of parent-child relationship,but also provides experience for people with the same type of problems.We still need to continue to pay attention to the problem of the alienation of parent-child relationship of college students with left-behind experience.At the same time,through this case work service,social work is summarized in case work involved in the advantage of such problems,puts forward several proposals to draw lessons from the case of the service to carry out,in the process of intervention should be more resources,make full use of the individual have positive attention to the individual's past experience with the existing cognitive,social workers should also raise their professional quality,build communication platform for college students and their parents,promote family parent-child communication skills improve.
