The family is the basic unit of society, the cradle of the individual from birth to adult, and always the starting point of education. With the progress and development of society, the school has taken on the heavy responsibility of education, but it cannot completely replace the role played by family education in individual life.Rural family education bears the great responsibility of enhancing moraliy and fostering talents.Parents' educational concepts, educational contents, and educational methods influence the growth of rural children in a subtle way, which is related to children's educational acquisition, moral cultivation, and life values etc.Rural families are limited by their specific social structure,so family education has its own needs and characteristics. However, previous studies have mostly stayed in the lack of rural family education, lack of attention to successful cases, and research on rural family education cases that have achieved good results is of great value in improving and improving the quality of rural family education. This study takes the parents and children of a rural multi-child family as the research object, using case study method, based on in-depth interviews and children's self-reported materials, from the four aspects of family life, family education expectations, family education content and family education methods to restore the natural form of family education and analyze its impact on the education of children and the development of morality.Based on the theory of social stratification and the theory of three metaphors, the study deeply analyzes the key factors affecting the Y family's achievement of good family education, and proposes a path the improvement of ruralfamily education quality. The research findings: Parents and children in the Y family form a common educational expectation that changes fate and achieves class mobility. This is the original driving force for rural parents and children to exert their main initiative and take positive actions to overcome class restrictions.Their educational expectations have hierarchical attributes.Y parents are less educated,so the knowledge acquisition of Y family children mainly depends on school education, but parents play an active role in it.In the Y family, children's moral development and working life education are emphasized, mainly relying on family folk culture activities, field work and daily life. The key factors affecting the success of Y family education are composed of the following points: the education concept of parental parenting and morality;Through the accumulation of cultural capital in school education to supplement the lack of cultural capital, and give full play to the endogenous power of the underlying culture that includes its internal drive to change destiny and diligence, hard work, and tenacity; The organic integration of prefigurative, figurative and post-figurative family education,as well as the educational support given by the school and teachers. These together constitute the key factors affecting the success of Y family education. After an in-depth analysis of the key influencing factors affecting Y family education, the study proposes suggestions for the improvement of rural family education from the three levels of family, school and government: For the family itself, rural parents establish a moral and intellectual education concept and cultivate a sense of love for agriculture;establish self-confidence in education and exert the power of their own cultural capital;establish the concept of lifelong education and actively build a learning family. For the school, the school contact family actively builds a co-education model for home and school, helping rural parents to raise the awareness and ability of family education, and opening parent schools. For the government,it is necessary to take the government as the leading factor to vigorously promote rural construction, implement the rural revitalization strategy, and balance urban and rural educational resources.
