Current political materials can embody the Party's and national lines,principles and policies,and are also an important part of the examination of Ideological and political courses in college entrance examination.Applying them to the classroom teaching of Ideological and political courses in senior high schools will not only help to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards,but also further improve the curriculum resources,optimize the implementation of classroom teaching and stimulate students' interest in learning.At present,in the process of teaching practice,the application of current political materials has achieved some beneficial results,and teachers and students' understanding of the application of current political materials is also deepening.However,in general,due to the limitations of current political materials,teachers' teaching ability and the importance attached by schools,the application of current political materials has always been in a state of low efficiency,which is far from the requirements of the new curriculum standards.In view of this realization situation,it is particularly important to explore the application of current political materials in high school ideological and political teaching.This paper is mainly divided into five parts: the first part is the preface of this article,which is an overview of the significance and value of the topic.;the second part explores the connotation of current political materials,and at the same time,it analyses the relationship between current political materials and high school ideological and political courses from the aspects of characteristics and functions;the third part is mainly from four aspects: new curriculum standards,subject curriculum resources,teaching implementation and students' interest in learning.The fourth part studies the current situation of the application of current political materials in classroom teaching from three aspects: the achievements achieved in the current teaching practice,the problems encountered and the causes of the problems;The fifth part puts forward the application countermeasures from three aspects: the selection of current political materials,the main application ability andthe application motive force,respectively,from the application principle,the teaching quality ability and the guarantee mechanism.
