"Rejuvenating the Nation by Talents" is one of our development strategies all along.Nowadays,with the rapid economic development,the society needs a large number of highly qualified personnel.Our education has drawn wide attention from all walks of life.Since 1990,there have been some problems in our country,such as the construction of additional schools and enrollment expansion of students.Scholars began to conduct an in-depth study on such issues as the mode of education,the use of educational resources,the ways of training students and the quality of training in colleges and universities.Evaluate ranking agencies.At the 19 th CPC National People's Congress recently held,Chairman Xi Jinping also stressed the importance of education in our country and set the direction for the "double-top-class" construction of colleges and universities.In such a large economic and social context,the reasonable allocation of college education resources and improve the quality of student training has become the focus of scholars now,so this article based on the study of "985" colleges and universities resource investment and undergraduate culture quality.n order to improve the quality of student training in "985" colleges and universities,this paper studies the relationship between the "985" college input and the quality of student training.Because of the nature of colleges and universities and the data collection,37 colleges and universities of "985" are selected as the research object.This paper mainly analyzes the colleges and universities from three aspects: human resources,material resources and financial resources by means of literature research,expert interview and statistical analysis,Based on the theoretical basis of the research,this paper puts forward the research hypotheses and constructs the theoretical model,selects the input indicators of colleges and universities as input variables from the aspects of human input,material input and financial input,selects the graduates' quality score from China Alumni Research Institute as the reason Variables,the use of descriptive statistics,correlation and multiple linear regression analysis of the collected "985" colleges and universities to analyze the basic data,the establishment of regression models to analyze the relationship between input indicators and the quality of student training and found that per capita teaching and research staff,Average student equipment value per student and research funding have a significantpositive impact on the quality of student training.There is no significant correlation between campus area,library stock and student training quality.Based on the regression,this paper uses DEA to analyze the resource efficiency of 37 "985" colleges and universities in terms of regression indexes.Seven schools are found to have the best resource utilization efficiency,and the other 30 cases have low comprehensive efficiency.Finally,the author puts forward suggestions for improvement of input and use of resources in terms of the quality of student training for the inefficient colleges and universities.This study provides a reference model for college administrators,hoping to provide reference for colleges and universities to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and the quality of student development.
