Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation In Education In Yuexi County

Poverty has become one of the most acute social problems in China.China has entered a decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the battle against poverty has entered a new stage.Local governments actively promote precise poverty alleviation,promulgate relevant Poverty Alleviation Policies and consolidate poverty alleviation achievements through a series of means.In 2018,Yuexi County,as the first poverty-stricken county in Anhui Province to pick the "poverty cap",received the third-party evaluation and inspection from the state,and successfully removed the "poverty cap",which has a strong representation in 680 poverty-stricken counties in 14 districts of Anhui Province and even in the whole country.In order to live up to the heavy trust of the Party and the people and shoulder the historic task of fighting poverty,Yuexi County,a state-level poverty-stricken county located in the old revolutionary area of the Dabie Mountains,has a great task."Poverty alleviation must help the wisdom,and poverty alleviation must first cure foolishness." It is very important for the poor to grasp the skills and obtain stable income.As the old saying goes,"Give fish,give it fishing",through education to stimulate the endogenous motive force of the poor,and make it have the skills to make a living,cultivate the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement,can make the poverty alleviation policy become the "booster" for the poor to get rid of poverty,do a good job in education in poor areas,train a student,get rid of poverty,a family,and benefit one side of the countryside,at the same time.Education is also a magic weapon to curb the source of poverty.Poverty alleviation through education can intergenerational transmission of poverty and fundamentally improve the quality of poverty alleviation.By consulting the literature and materials related to poverty alleviation through education,this paper analyses and compares the process and characteristics of the promotion of poverty alleviation policy through education in Yuexi County.By means of on-the-spot investigation and interviews,this paper studies the current situation of development and the implementation of poverty alleviation policy through education in Yuexi County,and studies the problems existing in poverty alleviation through education in Yuexi County.Inrecent years,Yuexi County,in order to achieve overall poverty alleviation,encourages the development of education,promulgates a series of poverty alleviation policies,carries out a variety of vocational education skills training,and improves the conditions of running schools at all levels and types on the basis of continuously increasing financial investment in accordance with the national policy.However,there are still some problems in the process of promoting poverty alleviation policies: lack of educational resources,slow progress of poverty alleviation policies,backward ideas of local poor students,lack of scientific funding,training and employment difficulties for poor students.In view of these problems,this paper attempts to put forward measures to enhance the executive power of the government,optimize the allocation of educational funds,increase policy publicity,promote the development of education,and explore poverty alleviation through education in Yuexi County,in order to better promote the comprehensive development of Yuexi County.
