A Study On The Cultivation Of Empathy Skill Of Psychological Committeeman Of Senior Class In Primary School

The psychological committeeman system is the localization of peer counseling in our country.The psychological committeeman of senior class in primary school refers to members of class committee who are in charge of the development of psychological health work for 4 to 6 classes.The members selected from the class have took part in some psychological education training and have learned some knowledge and skills of psychology.Empathy refers to the process that an individual is able to identify,feel and feed back other people's emotions and thoughts.Empathy skill is considered as the higher priority consulting skill in the skill training of psychological committeeman in primary and middle schools.purpose:1.To investigate the empathy skill situation of senior students and psychological committeeman in primary school and make analysis about its position difference in the class,and to provide the scientific basis for the further development of the research on the empathy cultivation of psychological committeeman of senior class in primary school.2.To develop a counseling program for the empathy group of psychological committeeman of senior class in primary school and implement it,to make qualitative and quantitative analysis about the counseling result,aiming to improve the empathy ability of psychological committeeman of senior class in primary school.Research Content:This research is mainly divided into two parts.Study 1:This research takes the 379 primary students from a nine-year compulsory school as the object.With the BES,which starts from cognitiveempathy and affective empathy,as the tool,it develops the survey about the empathy ability situation of senior students and making difference test between demography variables and class position variables.Study 2:It develops the intervention research about the empathy ability of psychological committeeman of senior class in primary school and compiles the counseling program for the empathy group of senior class in primary school based on the counseling program for the empathy group from primary student which has been proved to be effective,and then to discuss if it is effective or the reason of noneffective.This research adopts the between-subjects design of 2*2.The experimental group is to develop the empathy group counseling of the 15 psychological committeemen in senior class,while the control group is to develop the general psychological training of the 15 psychological committeemen in senior class.Research Results1.There are significant differences in gender variables of senior students in primary school among cognitive empathy,emotional empathy and empathy,which shows that the gender difference of girls is significantly higher than that of boys.There is no significant difference in one-child variables among cognitive empathy,emotional empathy and empathy.And there is no significant difference in class position variables among cognitive empathy,emotional empathy and empathy.2.According to the experiment,it find that the post-test scores of experimental group is significantly higher than that of control group(p<0.05)in terms of cognitive empathy,emotional empathy and empathy.Conclusions1.If the empathy ability of senior student in primary school can achieve the general level,there is significant influences from gender variables,but there is no significant influences from variables of class position and one-child.2.The empathy counseling program for psychological committeeman of senior class in primary school can effectively improve their empathy ability.
