Rural teachers are the foundation of establishing education,the source of invigorating education,the key part of improving the quality of rural education and the foundation of developing rural education.The teachers' professional development can't be separated from the rural education environment.Only by combining the actual situation in country and the improving professional development of rural teachers,can we effectively promote the development of rural education.We invite the rural teachers of primary and middle schools in M county of Handan city to be the research objects.Questionnaires and interviewers deeply analyze the situation of rural teachers' professional development.On the one hand,through the data analysis of the three dimensions of rural teachers' professional concept and ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability,we can understand the professional development of rural teachers as a whole.On the other hand,we analyze the influencing factors such as gender,education background,teaching age,professional title,length of schooling,different teaching modes,professional learning time and professional identity and explores the relationship between these influencing factors and the professional development of rural teachers.The research shows that the professional development of rural teachers in primary and middle schools in M county of Handan city is above the middle level.For example,the level of professional knowledge is relatively high,the professional concept and teacher ethics are great.Their professional ability needs to be strengthened urgently.The gender,educational background,teaching age,professional title and academic segment all tell us the significant differences in the professional development level of rural teachers,which is manifested in that men are significantly higher than women.The education background and development level are negatively correlate,less educated teachers have more teaching experience.The teaching age,professional title and development level are positively correlated.Primary school is significantly higher than junior middle school,primary school professional knowledge and ability are easier to master.The adoption of the new teaching mode,the guarantee of professional learning time and the high professional identity will have a positive impact on the professional development of rural teachers.Use the statistical software to analyze the influencing factors to find the existing problems in the development of rural teachers' professional development.It mainlyreflects the following parts: the shallow consciousness about the rural teachers' professional development,the complement of their professional knowledge,the improvement of researching ability,the promotion of new teaching mode mechanism,their professional learning time is insufficient,and their professional identity is not high.In this passage,the key problems restricting the professional development of rural teachers are discussed comprehensively and concretely,solutions are sought for specific problems,and corresponding optimization strategies look forward to promoting the professional development of rural teachers.It is effectively improved,for the quality and level of rural education and accelerate the better and faster development of rural education.
