As a special emerging and transition economies,currently in China is facing the urgent problems of industrial structure adjustment to be crossing the "middle-income trap".Through scientific and technological innovation in the national core competitiveness is the only way.The proposed under the background of vigorously implement the strategy of innovation driven development,has its inner necessity.Enterprise plays a critical role in the national innovation system.But constrained by long development cycle,financial pressure,all by enterprises alone is difficult to promote the overall ascension of national science and technology level.Colleges and universities is an important collection of scientific and technological achievements and scientific and technological personnel,national large sums of money each year to support the scientific research work of colleges and universities.But constrained by such factors as the science and technology information circulation,is not known by the society of scientific and technological achievements,many enterprises with real demand is difficult to find the matching of scientific and technological achievements,the vast majority of scientific research is difficult to realize industrialization,this is a great waste of resources.In recent years,with the industrialization of the thought,colleges and universities has become more and more urgent to the scientific and technological achievements to promote to the market and enterprise,thus into actual productivity,service economic and social development.Publicity and can to a certain extent,alleviate the degree of information circulation,match with scientific and technological achievements to promote market demand.This paper starting from the demand of innovation main body(enterprise),to explore the expression industry expectations of scientific and technological achievements,combining the current situation of scientific research job promotion of colleges and universities,puts forward a market-oriented publicity guide and train of thought of scientific and technological achievements.Through the study found that:(1)The survey found through practice of the form of publicity of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is relatively single,and subject to the editorial staff of information technology literacy is insufficient,it is not flexible in terms of content rendering.Taken together,the traditional propaganda way of scientific and technological achievements are as follows:first,the communication effect remains to be improved.Mainly for scientific achievements propaganda reporter scientific literacy is not high,special words and terms used frequently,reports selected topic of closeness is insufficient,the practical value orientation is not obvious,the text report way too dependent on,etc.;Second,the media advantage still to be integrated.Main show is not play to complementary advantages between the various media,spread effect is difficult to extend outward to the campus,lack of interactive reports of the scientific and technological achievements.(2)Through practice survey industry tend to be high through information integration of channels to obtain information on the scientific and technological achievements.Industry at the same time more favor the scientific and technological achievements of report way has some characteristics as follows:the content should be objective and accurate,can highlight the economic value of scientific and technological achievements,have a certain interactive,science popularization and closeness to reality.(3)Under the background of innovation drive,publicity innovation of scientific and technological achievements can be start from two aspects:firstly,to strengthen the publicity of the content of the innovation,therefore should strive to authentic,enhance the credibility of reported;Studying the needs of audience,from life to find the introduction;Focus on industry development,highlight the economic value orientation;Rich language,readability and aesthetic.Secondly,strengthen the innovation,the carrier of publicity specific should integrate campus media,multi-stage differentiation reports;Add interactive elements,social demand for feedback.Expand external channel and form combined force of propaganda.
