Education is planned and teachers are the foundation.As the designer and the specific executor of the school physical education,the PE teacher evaluation of justice affects the development of the school sports work to a great extent.However,there are still many problems in the evaluation of physical teachers,and the current evaluation of physical education teachers needs to be corrected.Comparative analysis of ideal state and the real state of this study using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and so on.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the state and actual state of the evaluation of some high school PE teachers in Wuhan to find out the existing problems and puts forward suggestions for physical education teachers in senior high school in Wuhan city employment,salary,promotion,dismissal and provide a reasonable basis.To a certain extent for other areas of PE teacher evaluation for reference,to achieve "Foreign stones may serve to polish domestic jade "of effect,and promote the professional development of PE teachers,to make contributions to the development of school physical education.Firstly,through the relevant research literature at home and abroad of PE teacher evaluation,analyzes its characteristics,providing reference for the construction of Chinese PE teacher evaluation standard,and through the relevant laws and regulations of the text review,summarized the current state evaluation of PE teachers in Wuhan high school is:the teacher evaluation system and perfect the teacher evaluation scheme,scientific and reasonable evaluation system for teachers,diversification and specialization,quality evaluation of the main;scientific and reasonable,objective and impartial evaluation results;feedback and evaluation results,effectively achieve the purpose of evaluation.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method to evaluate the high school physical education teachers in Wuhan city investigation,the state of Wuhan city high school sports teacher evaluation teacher evaluation is the lack of a reasonable standard,has not yet formed a scientific evaluation system,single evaluation subject,evaluation of professional quality is low.Again,through the comparative analysis of ideal and actual state of Wuhan city high school sports teacher evaluation,to find out the reasons of the gap between,and draw the conclusion:one is at the cognitive level of PE teacher evaluation,have yet to establish a scientific and objective evaluation and comprehensive view;the two is in the subject of evaluation of PE teachers,The evaluation is too single;three is in the aspect of PE teacher evaluation system,has not yet formed a scientific evaluation system;four is in the process of PE teacher evaluation,teacher evaluation and teacher management confusion,the evaluation process of human factors problems;five is in the PE teacher evaluation result feedback,lack of information collection and utilization.Based on the above research results,the evaluation of PE teachers suggestions:to strengthen the evaluation of PE Teachers' cognition and attention,establish and improve the PE teacher 'evaluation system;establishing the scientific evaluation system,the evaluation subject,evaluation of the main staff,improve overall quality;strengthen supervision,promote the evaluation results of the fair,impartial and objective and improve the PE teacher evaluation feedback mechanism;then the use of the evaluation results timely feedback information collection and aims to enhance the quality of physical education teachers,physical education teachers to promote the professional development of physical education,to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,promote the development of school physical education.
