Among the scholastic quality standards newly issued in 2018,the Chinese Academic quality standards for Senior High School is not only an important basis of daily teaching evaluation,but also an essential part of senior Chinese scholastic testing and the Chinese examination paper making-up for College Entrance Examination.In order to further advance the Chinese curriculum reform based on the rich contents of Chinese key competencies,depending also on the scholastic quality standards,it is extremely urgent to constantly perfect and improve the Chinese teaching evaluation.This research will use several educational scientific studying techniques including documentary searching,investigational method,and the law of observation,which are aimed at a rational reflection and practical research upon the improvement of scholastic quality standards put forward in the Academic quality standards for Senior High School(2017versions)as well as the relevant problems.The research essay is based on combing the relevant documentary materials to throw light upon the connotative meaning and function of Chinese teaching evaluation,analyze the two-basic conception of teaching evaluation emphasized in the 1960 s to 1970 s,extending to the newly-reformed three-dimensional target conception of teaching evaluation at the beginning of this century,and the evolutional process of subject core qualification advocated at present,thus clarifying the connotative effect of Chinese teaching evaluation and the guidance to the classroom teaching.In the main part of the essay,by analyzing the Academic quality standards put forward by the curriculum standards on one hand,the author has made it clear that new demands are needed in the Chinese teaching evaluation;on the other hand,by observing these new demands,the author has found out and analyzed the major problems existing in the Chinese teaching evaluation through individual interviews and questionnaires to investigate into a certain provincial senior high school in Lanzhou.By comparing with the Academic quality standards,the essay has described the different levels of Chinese learning quality,advising the improvement of Chinese teaching evaluation observed bythe scholastic quality standards: by strengthening the curriculum standard training to thoroughly understand the evaluation conception based on the Chinese core qualification;by following the scholastic quality standards to build up the system of Chinese teaching evaluation,to dig the main channel of teaching evaluation,to realize the multivariate evaluation and properly shorten the space of examinational evaluation so as to undertake and enlarge the performing evaluation.Starting from the aspect of direct data,combining theory with practice,guiding practice with theory,optimizing the evaluation strategy the author intends to obtain better Chinese teaching effect,guiding the students to learn and use Chinese better.
