With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the inquiry teaching method h-as become an ideal choice for class teaching reform because of its advanced teaching philosophy.In order to improve the quality of teaching,the M High School in Dingxi City which I am teaching has began to use the inquiry teaching method in the whole school since 2017,following the trend of curriculum reform.But according to feedback of the situation of the ideological and political course for more than one year,The new teaching methods have not achieved good results—compared with the past teaching methods,the input of teachers and students in the teaching process is inversely proportional to the output obtained.Eventually,teachers lost the internal drive of using inquiry teaching methods.Then,what problems exist in the process of inquiry teaching in the M Middle school ideological and political class,and what causes the problem to arise? How should we improve teaching in the end? These core issues are not only the key issues that have plagued me in more than a year of teaching practice,but also the center of this research.First of all,this study uses observation method and interview method to diagnose and analyze the inquiry teaching process of M senior middle school teachers,and finds a series of problems in teachers' teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation and teaching reflection.Secondly,continue to summarize the teachers' attributions about their own teaching failure through interviews,and analyze the conclusions by means of attribution theory,and finally explain the reasons from the teacher and school levels.Through problem diagnosis and cause analysis,combining with the actual situation of M Middle School teaching,This study proposes a solution strategy from three aspects:First of all,the school must change the teaching management system,organize teaching training,and promote the diversification of the teaching evaluation mechanism;Secondly,teachers themselves must change their teaching concepts and consciously learn to explore teaching theories;Finally,in the teaching,it is necessary to carry out guided inquiry for theability level of teachers and students in M Middle school,effectively implement the collective lesson preparation system,carefully select the content of inquiry,pay attention to the analysis of student situation,design appropriate questions,pay attention to the guiding role of teachers,and pay attention to teaching reflection.The most important of these is to carry out a guided inquiry that is suitable for the ability level of M senior high school teachers and students at the teaching level.I hope that the improvement strategy proposed in this paper can help myself improve the effectiveness of inquiry teaching.At the same time,the idea of implementing low intensity inquiry teaching in the text can inspire the teaching improvement of weak schools.
