For a long time,the poverty alleviation strategy is an important support for China to eliminate poverty,alleviate social contradictions,and build a fair and justice society.In 2013,China put forward the guiding ideology of precise poverty alleviation,and we can adjust measures according to the differences between regions and poverty situations to achieve specific areas and specific targets to get rid of poverty.But in the long run,most of the poor areas are actually not really out of poverty.Education are powerful means of reducing poverty and poverty alleviation has always been highly concerned by the government.The precise education and poverty alleviation of education in the western region is related to the right to education and development of every poor population,and it also reflects the superiority of the socialist system.Therefore,education is poor precision of the western region to solve the problem of poverty most important and most in-depth way,but also to achieve leapfrog development of the western region,narrow the wealth gap and promote social fairness and justice of the important breakthrough.Based on this,based on the theory of fairness and justice,this paper analyzes the theory of fairness and justice of Marx,Rawls and socialism with Chinese characteristics,analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation and education poverty alleviation theory and policy actions in western China,and points out the education in the western region from the perspective of fairness and justice.The predicament and constraints of precision poverty alleviation,and thus the fundamental path to achieve fairness and justice in education and poverty alleviation in the western region.Specifically,the full text is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction of this article,which elaborates the research background and significance of precise poverty alleviation in education in the western region,the research status and development trend of equity,justice and poverty alleviation in education at home and abroad,and puts forward the research objectives,methods,problems to be solved and the innovation and shortcomings of the research.The second part defines the concepts of fairness and justice and precise poverty alleviation through education,and analyses the relationship between fairness and justice and precise poverty alleviation through education.The second part is the theoretical basis of the topic.It expounds the origin,attributes,ways and objectives of Marx's theory of fairness and justice,the essence and two principles of Rawls' theory of fairness and justice,the views of fairness and justice of the leaders of the past generations of the Party and others.Relevant poverty theory.The third part combs the evolution of the thought of poverty alleviation through education since the founding of the People's Republic of China and the policy of poverty alleviation through education in the western region.The fourth part analyses the poverty situation in the western region and the dilemma and causes of precise poverty alleviation in education in the western region from the perspective of equity and justice.From the perspective of fairness and justice,the predicament of precise poverty alleviation in education in Western China mainly includes deviation in the implementation process of poverty alleviation in education,uneven distribution of poverty alleviation resources in education,and insufficient design of poverty alleviation system in education.The causes include: the lack of responsibility of the subject and object of poverty alleviation through education,the restriction of dual structure between urban and rural areas,and the contradiction between decision-making and appeal for poverty alleviation through education.The fifth part analyses the value orientation,path choice and system guarantee of precise poverty alleviation through education.From the perspective of fairness and justice,this paper analyses the value of precise poverty alleviation through education,so as to make the concept of precise poverty alleviation develop continuously,and find out the scientific implementation strategy from the perspective of fairness and justice.
